I am having issues with my VyStar and WellsFargo account. I can not send any Zelle payments. My VyStar gives me this error:”No error stream from this server, Received fatal alert: Handshake_failure”. And my WellsFargo, when I click on send for Zelle it says I don’t have any eligible accounts to send money with Zelle, when I just sent money yesterday.

Someone was trying to zelle me some money and there was as something about a 3 day delay or another attempt to deposit so he cancelled that one and tried again and same thing 2nd attempt wasn’t cancelled to see if it worked and this is thru the chase website (sender) and chase app (me) which I’m basically only allowed to sign in and when I attempt to tap on anything there’s a error message and there’s no customer service WTF

Having an account at Truist bank, suddenly some recipients disappeared last week.
When trying to add them again, I got the message "system not available". Called the bank and after some research it was found out that the name of a private recipient had to start with Mr or Mrs.
It sounds totally crazy, but it is true. It is of course unacceptable that recipients are simply erased, I had only a few, but if you have a lot of them it is a real problem.
Hopefully this post will help some other people.

Buyer had to send me $300 additional for a transaction that I needed to refund so Zelle could confirm activation. Then he supposedly sent another $500 for same reason. Neither amount showed as a deposit in my account but my refund of $300 to him was immediate. Where is all this money???

Why do I have to give new bank information to you? I've been using zelle for over a year and all of a sudden your app won't allow me to log in?? Asks me to add bank? It's a crappy service that will lock you out if you accidentally use the wrong pin to log in. Makes you call your bank for them to unlock it.

Account overdrawn. Despite the fact that the Zelle deposit cleared 4/2/2021 and I had been spending the money all day. WTF. If times weren't rough enough, now we can't even depend on these fools to allow access to the little funds we do have. Class action lawsuit...sign me up. Same issue. I had a pending deposit yesterday it disappeared overnight. I called my bank and was on hold for 45 minutes. Which never happens. Customer service rep told me he had many calls similar to mine this morning. He said zelle sent them a notification this morning that they are having some issues and are working on it but have no estimated time. So annoying
