Impossible to access Zillow website today December 16th, 2023

It looks like Zillow came up with a new security method which does not work at all. When trying to access the website, a message comes up asking you to press and hold a button, to determine if you are a robot or not... I have tried accessing the website from my desktop, different browsers, but none of them seem to work. I keep getting the same error: try again... Kind of stupid! IT should have done a better job.

9/2923. Homes pop up as new listing. Then when clicking on to see description it says “The operation couldn’t be completed.
(REModels.GDPHome-DetailsFieldError error 0.” Weird! Can’t access home info. Been happening several days!!

Full spectrum of app for iPad not working.

Can’t access condo, townhouses at all. Only houses are posted. Can’t post perimeters for price. Very frustrating. I have used this app for years, and never had issues with it. Found my current home with it. Now trying to find a new home and the app doesn’t work since the new update. Thinking I may have to switch to Realtor.com if this isn’t fixed soon.

I like to look at map of a specific community and then look at available houses for sale in desired area. For example, is the house near a hospital, grocery store, etc. Suddenly, cannot do that.

Their website has been working poorly for several months. I'm unable to log in or save any searches. Any time I click to anything other than their main landing page, it returns a 'page not found' error. They refuse to do anything about it. This is costing people homes!!!
