Order cancellation and payments not working.

Been trying to pay for an updated order - payment not going through. Tried to cancel the order in its entirety to re-order when the site is working properly - cannot do that either. Impossible to speak to anyone as well.

Iceland - Communicate with your customers then fix the problems.

Website not working. Basket is full but it it tells me that it is empty. When it eventually shows basket contents I am unable to delete items. It tells me it is unable to deliver to my address that I always use. What is going on! It's been at least 2 days now. I know we had a weekend and a Bank Holiday but Iceland now needs to put up a notice for Customers officially informing us that there is a problem and then fix it quickly!

Not good customer service when we have to go to Forums to find out what is going on!

Just can't make an order

Many of times I've tried to complete my online shopping, add items delete items, and even reorder, nothing happens and try to refresh and wipes off all I done. Going back to Asda I think

App and website problems

Can't top up bonus card, just comes up with an error. And when I try to order the total to pay is way more than the basket total, very strange. Obvs can't use at the moment as would be paying to much for the order.

problems viewing favourites and adding items to basket

Problems viewing full list of favourites; had to go into previous orders, to remember things to order. Also, items not being added to basket; move on, thinking items went into basket, then realise last 3 clicks on items didn't do that. Booking and checkout easier though, so hopefully just growing pains.

All seems to be working now

Finally got verification code to work and shopping booked for tomorrow. Had call from Iceland on my mobile who wanted to talk me through my log in and said I would only have to put in a verification code once. Declined this as sounded a bit dodgy. Seems they have fixed the problem and I was able to access my account a week or so after this call. Hope shopping comes tomorrow. What a relief and what a stress. They said they had "teething troubles" with the new system.

I am having the same problem as the people who have already commented..I managed to get on after putting the code in did my shop ..paid ..I usually get an email for confirmation but nothing and my payment is pending.Never had this problem in all the years iv been doing my Iceland online..

Tried time and time again and still no shopping!

I have been in touch with Iceland multiple times last few days as very long term customer. Still no resolution and I have also asked them to send verification code to mobile but they say they cannot do that. Have lost a good customer. Very upset by this. Each time go to customer service get a different person replying but all say the same thing-as if it is my fault! Will need to shop elsewhere! Upset and annoyed and do not need this stress. Used them for years happily.

Can't sign in to my account!

Not been able to log into my account for the last 4 days, 6 digit codes are not being sent to my email, tried hundreds of times. hardly any communication from customer service, just get told your case as been escalated and will respond as soon as possible. I don't understand why the codes cant be sent by text to your registered phone, like most other companies. I am disabled and rely on home delivery as I can't get to the store. Iceland GET it sorted!!!

Can't log in

Can't get onto Iceland for delivery. Says the send a code to email but nothing there. Tried last night too. Was worried Incase it's a scam to get your log in details which can lead to payment details maybe. Never asked for a code before! Iceland could lose a lot of customers for online shopping. Lots of us need it

tried to log in several times, helped by Iceland staff member,still no luck...no email received.. uninstalled app & reinstalled as advised ...still no luck ..may have to change to another place for shopping ,be a shame after so many years with Iceland

Two factor authentication

when put in email and password then told email sent with authentication code . When go back to Iceland log in details lost and told new code sent by email -did this 16 times. Still cannot get in.By the time I open email and go back to Iceland website I have to start all over again. Phoned them but no better off. Asked if they could send authentication code by text as Boots and others do. Awaiting email from customer service. Were helpful but no solution.

Won't let me pay

Keep on getting "There was a problem with your payment which means your order has NOT been completed. Please check your card details and ensure you have the full funds available in your account." when I try to pay via my Nationwide debit card. There's plenty of cash in the a/c and Nationwide say the problem is not at their end.

full fix so can run uBlock and login to iceland

uBlock people absolutely great; quick response that's fixed the issue!
Click on uBO icon > ⚙ Dashboard button (bottom right) > Add the filter(s) below into the (bottom of the) "My filters" pane > ✓ Apply changes > Open new tab and test again.

have opened issue on uBlock's uAssets page and will update when response

Just to add that, on looking at uBlock Origin settings, it's all a bit complex and don't want to mess with anything then pass on any information that might adversely affect others' security etc, so have posted on uBlock uAssets github page, and will update when there's a response. :-)

Hi C ... very glad that information's helped and you're able to login and get your shopping. It's on my list to take a good look at the uBlock settings asap, and will definitely post back what I find. And I agree about C.S. ... Thanks for the info Cat - just took off uBlock Origin and can now log in. If you do find how to put uBlock Origin back on and still log in to the Iceland site, please can you post info here? Meanwhile, many thanks for having the patience to find this out - was causing me a headache and Iceland Customer Support is useless!! C

turn off add-on enables sign in

Am no tech wizard, but found out how to bring up console on Iceland's main page (hold Ctrl+Shift then press K ... hold Ctrl and press + to increase font size). When pressing 'sign in' could see error and, by generally clicking around different bits of the console, saw uBlock Origin add-on blocking something linked with the error. Turned off uBlock Origin for iceland site and could immediately login.
Really not impressed, as it means that worse privacy measures are being pushed e.g. Google's manifest 3 is about blocking use of add-ons.
Will probably be challenging, but need to try to find out how to run uBlock but only allow whichever bits need to run in order to sign in on Iceland site, but if you need to get your order in, uBlock Origin add-on turned off (left-click on icon, then push the big button) should enable you to sign in.
