Website only goes to setting page. Like several others, I reached out to ifit 3 days ago and was told they’re conducting maintenance and have no ETA on when it will be done. There is no banner or alert on the site. Ifit is such a ridiculous mess and we’re handcuffed to their expensive subscription software and issues to use the functionality of the expensive machine we paid for to do more than basic manual mode.

iFit Down. I am moving on.

Like most my subscription goes straight to settings. I interacted with the customer support and was told that 'some functions have been removed from the site.' They were zero help.
IO am currently trying to bike across Canada and will not give up it easily. There is a back door you can use if your subscription is still active where you can still map out your routes.

It is still active but with the rest of the site down you can no longer look at your planned rides, completed rides and your calendar. This routes you create still cast to the device, as far as I can see. Good luck to all.

App loads, workout appears on screen but start workout button never finishes cycling / appears on screen. I mean you have a button with moving dots but the words "start workout" never appear in button. I've tried multiple smart devices and different pieces of equipment (rower, bike, stair climber, etc.ery disappointing.

Have not been able to connect at ifit.com through Amazon Fire for over a week. Only get one screen and cannot access the menu, etc. When I try and connect to a particular workout, I just get the blue circle then an "oops somehting is wrong" screen. Just paid alot of money for renewal so am not happy with the service.

Solution found!

I had the same issue and it had been been resolved by the support service after having spoken to different persons. My IPad was in French and the solution had been to turn it in English and the issue had been resolved immediately. Since that, it works very well as before. I was not explained why this issue happened.

If the app won’t start on iPhone or iPad, only logo show. Turn on airplane mode, wait for connection error message. Turn off airplane mode and press retry in app. It should then work.

Intrusive, slow, poor customer service, more interested in location of equipment than servicing problems, workout routines are glitchy on the machine and still pictures, really? I would never recommend iFit nor Nordic Track to anyone because they have lost sight of their purpose, providing an exercise program. Instead, I think they are just data mining to sell their customers information to all comers. Why else worry about things such as, "what room is your treadmill in?"

Had same issue as "Sue". Ifit launched on "Google tv" but would not load workouts. Switched router dns to Cloudfare 1.1.1.1 (from 8.8.8.8) and reset network. Seems to work now. Don't know if this is the fix or a coincidence. Do your own research on alternate DNS and give it a try.

I am able to login to I fit on my treadmill and my phone. However I'm not able to login on the Apple TV or Roku. Availability on my Apple TV or Roku could be the deciding factor if I decide to continue the subscription or not. Hopefully they get this fixed soon.

The virtual assistant is trash, the ifit software is trash, I don't believe they have employees. No live person to speak with. Round and round you go with no resolve. Garmin ifit sync, nope. Plenty of other fitness companies to choose from. Beware!!!

After 2 wonderful years with my bike, I have been having issues with the ifit application on my bike for 4 mths now. the manual setting is the only thing that works. After 2 resets, a pin reset, factory rest they sent me a new console. Still having issues. Have done factory reset, pin reset.. etc on new console and still get the "unfortunately ifit has stopped working" message. What a joke. I cant fathom them sending new gear out with issues like this...

After very good support service and repeated factory resets we were able to use the Ifit service on our NordicTrac treadmill for a few months without problems. Just this last week the machine (built in android tablet) no longer connects to IFit - or if it does it fails to switch user and just hangs... Today I am also experiencing this on my android cellphone using the IFit app. Loading time has always been VERY SLOW. I am very frustrated with this service, as it is very nice when working as intended. We are on Wifi supported by a T-Mobile 4G Hotspot. Everything else (Netflix etc) works
