What's Happening with Agoda?

17 April 2024: Agoda screen is down again. "There was a problem completing your search.". Was fine yesterday. Is Agoda closing down? Is it still safe to book with them?

Refunded.

P/S: Agoda had refunded immediately but I thought they didn't refund. It was a miscalculation on my part. Agoda customer service was also immediate. For now, the Agoda website is running Ok.

Agoda website "there was a problem completing your search"

"There was a problem completing your search.". says the Agoda screen. It was fine this afternoon, then it went down again at night. Previous day already down. Just before the screen became like this a day ago (the screen was Ok), I cancelled a booking. Normally, the refund is immediate but this time, no refund. I emailed customer service & reply is that they will look into it because the delay of the refund is unusual. I don't know if I will get my refund. Temporarily, not booking with Agoda. Will have to approach the hotels in person.
