Won't cast to tv

I cannot cast any show fir more than a few minutes. Then it goes on an ad break and freezes. No matter what I do it will not resume casting. I want my money back

App keeps freezing

I just signed up for the trial downloaded the app and have been trying to cast a series. The app keeps stalling to the point that i have to keep logging out , logging back in and beginning the episode again. Not only that but it doesn't save my place in the episode so i have to search.
I'm just wondering if this is how it always is or if it's a glitch but it's exasperating

AMC down AMC errant subtitles

Error message showing AMC+ not available in my country.. when it does load I have double subtitles on all tv series with subtitles turned off. Have triple subtitles when subtitles are turnes on. Movies are not affected by this subtitle issue.

I've only had the service for one day and I am definitely not going past the 7 day free trial. There are very few good shows and when you finally find one, you realize that the same show is on Netflix and will play 100x smoother. Worst part is that AMC+ isn't on xbox or many other platforms. Hey C, seems like it. Been kicked off 2 times and now this in a 2 day span. Wow! Had Netflix but same movies for months. Thought AMC would be better. Watched TWD season 11 and that's all it was good for now on Magic City and this happens

First I've had it go down like this in my ~6 months of subscription, but there has always been a multitude of bugs (can't play show, random pausing, mouse stays on screen, etc.). It's a pretty poor platform software-wise.

Quite disappointed in AMCplus. Signed up for final season of BCS, right now AMCplus is down. Their movie selection is pretty mediocre. Wish I had researched a bit. Caveat Emptor I guess.
