Payment doesn't work on app CS says it's my fault

I've been trying for a week to make payment through their app but every time it says requested URL can not be found on the server which is annoying as there are items I want to buy with the exclusive app discount. Contacted customer service to be told it's my bank which it isn't it is the app they have either deleted the payment page or haven't redirected it properly but won't acknowledge this and keep saying it is the customers fault.

Not being able to pay

It's been over two weeks now that I've been trying to make a purchase on boohoo. Everything is fine until I get to payment stage. I fill in all the details and click pay but then nothing happens. I get no error message, my card is not declined, nothing. It's like I didn't click on the pay button at all. I've sent them a message but apart from "clear cache" and other default advices, they were not able to help at all. So weird and beyond annoying.

Won’t check out, says it’s authorising payment on a blank screen then nothing else happens. I don’t know if my payment has gone through or not and daren’t try again in case I end up with a duplicate order.
