Mobile App Not working last 2 Days

APP WILL NOT ACCESS FILES FOR THE LAST 2 DAYS. Carbonite answered my message with working on it, get back to us tomorrow if still a problem, which I just did. My email returned undeliverable saying their message box was full!!!!!
