My router's DNS lookup uses 1.1.1.1 and 9.9.9.9 to do lookups (the first
response wins which is usually Cloudflare). www.cdc.gov is failing most (99%) of the time
(ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED). Doing a DNS resolution without using 1.1.1.1 or 9.9.9.9 works.
