On my phone, the Chase Mobile app signs me out immediately after every sign-in attempt and I cannot view my account info. I can access my account online but I cannot view my transaction history.

Chase customer

This morning after they decline a transaction, I called waited for 55 minutes, another 20 minutes with rep. verifying that I was legit. gave my number for then to call me. I got their call another 25 minutes. They informed me that everything was okay and that I could try again. I did try again and it was decline. Called again was waiting for 45 minutes and then an automatic message came on apologizing for the issue asking to call again. Why they can just be honest and say that their system is down????

CHASE SCREEN FREEZES

Bought a new Apple IPad Pro Sunday and am having login problems in addition to the screen freezing. I am also getting a white screen that says “Wow, wait till you seen what we have” or words to that effect. You cannot get past the white screen. When it does work and my CC balance appears, you cannot scroll down to see what you bought. Called Apple today and they said to contact Chase to see what’s up.

Managed to pay but the site is messing up.

The payments finally went through and it says that I paid but it's pending. Yet I still got an error but the payments went through. It's like maybe they're beginning to fix the area. First the only thing that went through was the minimum balance but then I added a little bit more and it went through as well. However it's wonky which means sometimes it still won't work so I saw the error when I went to go check my balance. It says our systems are down today. I was still able to pay.

I have had the same problems for the past week. Every time I try and login from my computer i get the message that this part of our site isn't working right now. I've tried it from google chrome and from Edge and get the same result. I've also tried to login to my regular account or go to the site to verify a card - same thing.

Hackers trying to get into Chase

Typed in www.chase.com coming up with we don't recognize your name or password but not the blue website I am used to but one with trees and leaves. I immediately backed out. Definitely a hacker is trying to get into the accounts.

Have not been able to access my acct. every time I call and put in my debit card number it tells me to go to a branch to get a debit card. I have not been able to access for 3 weeks. Just left a branch and manager called customer service who couldn’t help but escalated to supervisor who also couldn’t help. They keep using the excuse they are updated their system and it has affected the “grid”. Never heard so much bullshit in my life. AND… Chase has not let any customers know what’s going on. They have my phone number, e-mail and could text me, but nothing.Worst customer service ever. I am changing banks!!!

For the last 2 weeks roughly, everytime I login to my chase credit card account it reads invalid password and requests I reset it. So following through from the reset password email they send I type in my ss number and username etc also verify number from a text. I then successfully login. From days or a week later when I attempt to login again the same thing happens again even when I know for certain I am using the exact same new password from the last login. For the last couple weeks this happens every single time.

Have not been able to log in to consumer account via Windows PC for over a week but my iPhone app allows access. Over a week ago I received an email stating my escrow was in arrears (which was true and OK, due to increases in property tax and insurance premiums). This week I received another email stating my mortgage was paid in full - when it certainly is not. Today a third email arrived thanking me for my recent mortgage auto payment. Feels as though a serious security breach and hack/scam.

I finally got my issue resolved after almost 2 weeks of not being able to login. No matter what device I used I would get a message saying "Unable to connect to chase right now, please try again later. Thank you for your patience." After my 4th call to customer service, a lady was able to create a new profile for me and I was logged in immediately. Thank goodness I got a-hold of her because the other agents didn't seem to know what to do. So if you are having this issue maybe ask them specifically to create a new profile for you.

For at least 2 days I have not been able to login to my account. I've tried the app on my phone while at work and home, the website on my phone while at work and home, the website on my work tablet connected to wifi and by ethernet cable, and the website on my work desktop connected by ethernet cable. The issue is not my device or connection. After entering my login ID and password I either get a popup that says "We are temporarily unable to connect to Chase. Please try again later. Thanks for your patience." or the login screen just refreshes over and over. I called customer service and the person just said, "I don't know what your problem is because I'm able to view my account through the app just fine."

Zelle down apparently, they won’t release my money. Yet Zelle says they are not down. Chase just flat out lied to me. Not the first time I’ve caught chase in a lie. Last time they took money from my account and didn’t post it. Luckily I take screenshots. Please think of a good lie to tell chase. Since I screenshot where you guys posted they Zelle was not having any issues.

Good info from Admin; I was using the old chaseonline.chase.com which seemed to no longer redirect to a working login page but using www.chase.com directly works. Since getting that to work now the old address works as well so maybe a caching issue of some kind?

I just want to pay my bill. Cannot log in to website to pay, the phone call never comes with code. Tried multi times for a week now.

Tried to pay by phone. Enter acc number, enter zip, asks for voice recognition. Do that. Says click * to return to phone payment system. Do that and back to asking for voice recog... ENDLESS LOOP! What the hell is the problem?

Chase needs to put up alert on both phone and internet site. Customers need to be advised what to do. I also found on "system down" site that these issues are weeks old! CHASE NEEDS TO ISSUE A STATEMENT!!!

Every time I try to log in, a screen appears that says "device not recognized" and I click on text to my cell and often there is no texr or the lag time is over an hour. Why does the web-based app continually got to "device nor recognized" screen. Telephone help had me reset password twice and still the problem exists. Can you help?
