Bill Pay Not Working

Wells Fargo Bill Pay is not working on a browser. It stopped working in mid December 2023. Tech support claims it's an issue if you have too many payees. It broke on their last update and they 'may have it fixed by the end of January.

Online banking isn't working, you can't even sign in. I left WF after 20 yrs of banking with them and rejoined 2 days ago and I have yet to be able to login and view my accts! I called 1800 and they said it's a system wide issue not on my end and it would be fixed 24hrs ago....and it has not. They need to do better honestly.

Representives do not know, or do not truthfully respond, when asked if the bank is having hacking issues that resulted in the ability to transfer funds to another no-Wells Bank account. Tried for 4-days and spent 3-1/2 hours on the telephone, and only today, 25 Oct. 2023, finally told that hacking was prevent my transfer from being effected. I'm justifiably exasperated by Wells Fargo's lack of honesty and seeming inability or unwilligness to fix the problem faced by millions of its customers.

I have been unable to login to Wells Fargo site for 4 days. They say they did an update last month... And now it won't work with Chrome? I had to use MS Edge browser in order to be able to logon. Great. They do an upgrade and now I have to do a work around in order to use their web site on my desktop. Smh!! Just opened an account bc PNC sucks so bad. But Wells Fargo just outperformed PNC in the suckiness department.
I can't pay bills, I can't use my card (keeps getting declined!!! And yes, I have spoken to CS TWICE, 1st time fraud protection/purchase authorization complete - OH! Thx WF, it would be GREAT to have been aware of it PRIOR to being declined in the store!!!)

When I checked on the app to one of my bills it stated that it had been paying this business three times the amount then it should have been paying quarterly since January of 2021. When I did a search and checked my statements it showed it coming out multiple times. Someone was going to owe me a lot of money! I checked the statements from the business that the payments were going to and everything was correct in their end. Then I signed out if the app and signed back in and it was all corrected. It ended up being some kind of glitch. I definitely would have noticed if this amount of money was coming out of my account.

I was in the bank 3/11/2022 around 3:30pm when their entire system crashed. The look on the bank managers face was priceless! They desperately tried rebooting and logging in without success while I waited for 15 minutes. The ATM was still working. I read that the system inadvertently sent a huge file to a law office. Edit or delete payees as I have been able to do in the past. Went online and tried to follow all guidelines to no avail. Very frustrating. This should not be so difficult?

I think the Ruskies have hacked Wells Fargo!

Wells Fargo Bill Pay has not allowed users to edit payment accounts since Friday, July 16, 2021. Customer Service said on Friday that they would have the system back up by the end of the day, but that still has not happened, and today is Sunday, July 18, 2021. Wells Fargo has also been very late in getting out paper checks for payee accounts that are not linked electronically.

Even if they were making a website modifications, it shouldn't take three days to allow depositors to schedule payments via the bank's electronic bill pay. (Usually website modifications are the kind of thing you would do offline in a test website before making the modification on the real thing.)

Wells Fargo website is not working for me. I had the same issue while switching accounts and nobody was providing technical support on that. Customer service: Not helpful and i have to return the exchange part and wait for them to mail it to me. I now feel like my dollars were wasted and the money was wasted. I'm choosing to do the return shipping (and probably the shipping it back itself) now. There is no explanation. I don't know if Wells Fargo actually only have one option for taking money or if its just opened a new account for me. Do you know what I should do? If so, share your advice please. Thank you!

(I haven't had any problems with my Wells Fargo account for a while now, so this question is mostly a scare tactic by banks trying to get me to spend more money.) "I've gotten 'Pre-authorized debit' on my Wells Fargo check but my Wells Fargo card is showing my local branch not Wells Fargo" (Seriously, my Myspace account is showing up in the "My Members Account" section on my Wells Fargo account.
