Unable to login on app

I haven't been able to login to my account for over a week on both my phones. Always need to verify my identity but never receive the verification code. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, cleared cache but nothing works. More than frustrating.

No transactions

The transaction history NEVER EVER WORKS IN THE MOBILE APP. I got it to cone up once! It tined out so I tried again and nope! It don’t work… it never works. Even if I export it it’s blank . Which is funny because the close it down every night to work in it! ????????????????

The mobile app is always down. It’s been down all morning and is down EVERY SINGLE NIGHT… it’s a hassle if I’m out late at night and need to get gas. I’m an able to get gas and have been stuck a few times.

Citizens for the win

Citizens Bank where their online banking is aways down and you cant access your money. Make sure you don’t go away without any cash cause your debit card will probably decline. Highly recommend this shit bank!

Two step security step does not always work . Verification calls always need to be repeated using "send another code". Should be able to receive it the first time. All methods to send codes should be available in case you want to change the way you receive the code. Currently only one way is accessible even though you have several ways you can receive it, that is, phone call, e-mail, and text. Only one way is valid.

Not sure what's going on today but I went to log in as usual and it failed to ask me my two-factor authentication question it took me right to my account and also the website looks totally different I can't access/change any of my info anymore it's super frustrating I wish it wasn't after hours and Saturday.

Interest rates are Not customer friendly. I yr interest penalty on 2 mo early withdrawal requested on a cd paying .40% CD when current rates are at 4%. . Will be exiting this bank and not coming back , they sqeeze every penny out of depositors. And on,y friendly to new money

Website and mobile is down since 11am or noon Eastern time 7/1/21. I was on hold calling in for 20 minutes and cust svc rep told me the employees interface is down too and other customers have been calling in. As of 12:23PM 7/1/21 they currently say they have no estimate of resolution time.

It also won't let me deposit $100,000." Those people can look to our secure site at identitycorp.com or citizensbank.com. I also can't send funds to anyone overseas using Citizens Bank. My account does appear to have been closed but it's not confirmed that it was for a suspicious activity report. If anyone knows of any security tips or shortcuts for those with limited access, or any other error message that the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis has for the service, please let me know.
