Useless painfully slow website. Ordered 2 items, confirmed with bank for payment, went back to confirm and the site just closed on me having taken all my bank details. Now saying email address not valid. Tried to set up an account using different email address and same... address not valid. No money taken from bank account yet but cannot complain nor enquire with contact page as yet again says invalid email address. Will never use again plus will warn friends and loved ones not to use nor trust the site. Great shame as yhe stores had a great name.

How can you even advertise when no one can use the app.
I used to love shopping at Debenhams. It's too much of a headache. This problem with the app has being going on for well over 2 years. I'd of thought you would have sorted it by now.

The website just isn't working. Each time I click on an item to see the details it fails to load. How do Debenhams think they're going to sell anything if customers cannot view its products??!

Ended up going to marks and spencer for the items I wanted won’t upload pictures when it does it’s so so slow when been in touch with Debenhams they say clear your web history and web browser is blocking items and so on…. Wake up it’s not that !!, you loosing millions£££ here…

All full website slow for pictures to display search’s don’t always work so far through your search the view more items button at the bottom disappears and there will 200 or so items still to view….. end up having to start all over again

Just never works properly, always either frozen , or freezes or flicks from what your trying to find to a completely different category. Il be surprised if they are actually selling anything.

This is so frustrating, totally unacceptable service. Clearly you are not bothered about your customers.

It's the worst website I've ever used. Keeps freezing and also takes you back to the start when you click on something. It takes an hour to order several items, it's shocking.

I want to look through pages of items but when you click on an item you cannot return to previous page, it goes right back to page one, so frustrating I usually give up. It is an awful site to use but have good bargains.
