website and phones disconnect

Cannot complete purchase of sky miles for the flight I want to book. Once I put in all info, including payment, it takes me to a completely unrelated page with no sign of the miles in my account. When I call, I'm disconnected within about 90 secs as agents try to help.

10 12 2023 9:17 am CST. I cannot sign in on my Delta.com login page. The password was changed about 30 minutes ago, but I keep getting an error message. When calling Customer Care, the RECORDING states in essence, "go online". One can't go online if the website isnt accepting correct username and password. Any advice?

What’s going on at Delta today?

Nothing works at Delta: websites, apps or toll-free numbers. I can’t book a ticket online, through their app or even get a phone call answered. So much for being a gold medallion member. At 3:2 8 PM on September 28, 2023 I called the number over a half a dozen times. Sometimes it rang until it just clicked off, sometimes it answered and then hung up and the last time I called it said “the department you were calling is now closed. Please call back during normal business hours. I think I’ll book United going to Detroit.

This occurs using flight search, choosing initial flight, then instead of being taken to the return flight options page, it taken back to the Delta.com home page where the above message appears. Using their texting service to interact with a "live" agent usually results in 1) the agent telling you to call the support phone number that took you to the texting service in the first place. 2) Or, they will send you a link to a generic web page that doesnt solve your issue. 3) Or they tell you they are shutting down support for the night and to try again in the morning.

If you've got time to waste, they've got the runaround support strategy for you. What a joke!

We had a flight to Orlando Florida and were there at 4 am to get there from Norfolk , we had to arrive by 2 to catch a Cruise and they could not get us there . Finally one of the people helping said if they would have handled it correctly we would be there , they had 2 other flights headed there and finally tried to put us on one 20 minutes before it was leaving and then they told us they were not allowed to do that because it was past there deadline several hours after our flight canceled . We are not on our 12,000 dollar cruise . Sitting at home , daughter is crying and wife is upset .

I have been attempting to book travel through the website and app for over a week. I was finally able to book through the website and I have a Confirmation number but Delta has not withdrawn the funds from my account, the App is down, calling Customer Service lands you on hold for two hours only for it to disconnect on you, and when I logged in to the website MOST of my trip has disappeared! Frustrated and Concerned about my travel plans!!

I have spent two days trying to complete my purchase of tickets, everything accepted, flights, seats dates etc., when paying with my credit card they say the 3 digit pin, (cvv) here in Germany, is wrong! Called my bank here and everything is ok with them! I called the res. nr. and got someone who barely spoke english, and consequently hung up!! This is totally unacceptable! I have e-credits so I must keep trying otherwise I would use another airline!
