Why is it after I Log in my account I am being logged out after a few seconds by th website. There is an obvious issue with the website Ive tried 6 times to stay logged in

Tracy from ohio, my cable has been out since 3:30am which is about 12 hours now. Total bull s t. For months couldn't get local channels now this, I really think I'm going to dish.

Recording not working

Palm Springs area:
Since 11 PM last night: All my recorded shows are now deleted or canceled. I tried recording them again. It shows they are going to record but they don't! Can't talk to anyone at DirectTV. On hold forever and have to listen to that rediculous talking pigeon! Really???? I've been a loyal customer for 20 years and can't get any help. Not right.

Trouble Logging in To My Account

Tried logging in to my Directv account (which worked last month when I paid my bill )....Now says I don't have any service with them..Changed my password...Same result..Called Directv, they gave me temporary password ..told me to reset my password..it let me on, but no information on my account ...says something went wrong , please try again.. Lady said website is down.. Keep my new password and try later...We'll see..Not very hopeful about this..Just want to pay my bill...everything was fine last month....today....another story
