“System Error”

After logging in and agreeing to the online terms and conditions, it continues to say “the system is unable to allow logins at this time.” Please help, as this is now the fifth time I’ve tried logging in and troubleshooting over the past three days.

Edward Jones is not allowing Quicken Direct Connect

Quicken "direct connect" is not able to download from edward jones. Login to the EJ web site works, just like normal. Everything else in quicken works, just like normal, including direct connect downloads from other brokers.

I get money deposited in my bank account once/month. This month it wasn't there, my advisor said it was d/t a new assistant. That $ was then deposited but 2 days later a second payment in the same amount was deposited. My advisor said there was a 'system glitch' that caused it.
