Website and app won't process payments

It won't process my payments. I tried a total of 6 times with 2 different cards. My cards were both flagged for fraud. I then fixed it, and tried again. Kohl's said to call a number, which I did, and the man on the phone proceeded to yell at me when I told him it's not on my end.
I trued the app AND the website on a brand new phone. He told me to clear my cache. Then told me it's my card. Then told me it's something else, but never acknowledging it was MAYBE on their end.
So, forget it. I'll find the items at another store.

Tried to pay my bill on November 21st. 11-11-23 purchase $116.06. However 11-17-23 purchase of 94.62 has processed twice. Kohl’s now reporting a Negative balance of $4.00. The system is reporting the correct balance owed of$210.68. Accounting was notified on November 21,2023 spoke to several representatives. Today the agent finally said it was a system error. Kohl’s system errors should not be reported to credit agencies.I will be following up to

Password Issues

Every time I try to login, it tells me that my password is wrong. I'll change my password, log in and then the next day it tells me my new password is wrong. Now when I try to change my password it tells me that NONE Of my information is correct and that I don't even have an account. Kohl's website is screwed up. I can't log into my shopping account, so I can't check my rewards balance or saved for later items or anything. It has been like this for a few weeks now and soooo frustrating. I used to be able to quickly navigate through many areas of the website with ease. Not anymore. You'd think in July of 2023, that their web designers could fix this ASAP, If they don't address this ongoing mess of a website, Kohl's will be losing online customers in droves. Bye Bye.

Kohl website is flawed and won't let me pay my bill, banking information correct.

I opened a new Kohls charge card in August I paid the bill in full on September 12 received a confirmation and the payment didn't go through I accrued a late charge which was dropped upon my request. I made another payment in full for the same bill in October in full received a confirmation and the bill didn't go through, I then put my banking information in again and made another payment in full for the same bill on November 4 ,received a confirmation and it still didn't to through. On November 10 I discovered that my 804 credit score was dropped 65 points because Kohl had placed on my credit report a late unpaid balance of $153.00. I had also made several attempts to pay kohlsby phone and spoke with customer service staff gave him my banking information and the bill still wouldn't process. I then called headquarters informing them their was something wrong with their website which wouldn't allow me to pay my bills. They directed me to collections and I spoke to James who informed me they (kohl) would drop the 2 late charge but they would not remove it from my credit report unless it was a code error. He told me the banking information I put in was incorrect and stated that "only a Mentally Ill person would keep putting in the incorrect information over and over." I informed him that I was not Mentally Ill and that I pay all my bills online that the banking information I put in was correct and never had a problem until Kohl. He stated it the error was coming from me or my bank. I spoke to my bank and they stated they received no payments request from kohl and that nothing was rejected from Kohl . Kohl does not have a complaint department nor does it have an email address where you can write a complaint. I will be writing to the CEO of Kohl in an attempt to get my this negative incorrect report off my credit report. I will never use Koh charge card again.
