I got the message “can’t log in” Android user. If you download the Kohl’s app I could log in to the site. I absolutely hate this new app, website etc. please go back to the way it was.

LOCKED OUT of Kohl’s account for 9 days…

Been locked out of my Kohl’s account for 9 days now, unable to order or make payments. Called customer service multiple times during the 9 days, they said it’s not just me, many customers are locked out of their accounts and it’s a “Global Issue”. Over the phone cs tried but were unable to log me in & found a strange password on my account so, spooked, I closed my account.

Kohl's keeps asking to reset password

Kohls.com can't log in via web or app. Says too many log in attempts and to reset password. I reset password - still couldn't log in to web. Was able to log into app with new password and they confirmed "your password has been reset," but then it "kicked me off" and again the same message as originally shown showed up all over asking to reset password. And this pattern keeps repeating itself when I try logging in again, it starts all over asking to reset password.

Website and app won't process payments

It won't process my payments. I tried a total of 6 times with 2 different cards. My cards were both flagged for fraud. I then fixed it, and tried again. Kohl's said to call a number, which I did, and the man on the phone proceeded to yell at me when I told him it's not on my end.
I trued the app AND the website on a brand new phone. He told me to clear my cache. Then told me it's my card. Then told me it's something else, but never acknowledging it was MAYBE on their end.
So, forget it. I'll find the items at another store.

Tried to pay my bill on November 21st. 11-11-23 purchase $116.06. However 11-17-23 purchase of 94.62 has processed twice. Kohl’s now reporting a Negative balance of $4.00. The system is reporting the correct balance owed of$210.68. Accounting was notified on November 21,2023 spoke to several representatives. Today the agent finally said it was a system error. Kohl’s system errors should not be reported to credit agencies.I will be following up to

Every time I try to login, it tells me that my password is wrong. I'll change my password, log in and then the next day it tells me my new password is wrong. Now when I try to change my password it tells me that NONE Of my information is correct and that I don't even have an account. Kohl's website is screwed up. I can't log into my shopping account, so I can't check my rewards balance or saved for later items or anything. It has been like this for a few weeks now and soooo frustrating. I used to be able to quickly navigate through many areas of the website with ease. Not anymore. You'd think in July of 2023, that their web designers could fix this ASAP, If they don't address this ongoing mess of a website, Kohl's will be losing online customers in droves. Bye Bye.

I haven't been able to log in for a week. Called 3 times and chatted once. I am not receiving the email to reset my password, out of probably 30 attempts. They told me to check with my email provider. I get all their other emails daily. It is not my email that is the issue. I managed to get into my card account, as I was sent a text to confirm.

Kohl website is flawed and won't let me pay my bill, banking information correct.

I opened a new Kohls charge card in August I paid the bill in full on September 12 received a confirmation and the payment didn't go through I accrued a late charge which was dropped upon my request. I made another payment in full for the same bill in October in full received a confirmation and the bill didn't go through, I then put my banking information in again and made another payment in full for the same bill on November 4 ,received a confirmation and it still didn't to through. On November 10 I discovered that my 804 credit score was dropped 65 points because Kohl had placed on my credit report a late unpaid balance of $153.00. I had also made several attempts to pay kohlsby phone and spoke with customer service staff gave him my banking information and the bill still wouldn't process. I then called headquarters informing them their was something wrong with their website which wouldn't allow me to pay my bills. They directed me to collections and I spoke to James who informed me they (kohl) would drop the 2 late charge but they would not remove it from my credit report unless it was a code error. He told me the banking information I put in was incorrect and stated that "only a Mentally Ill person would keep putting in the incorrect information over and over." I informed him that I was not Mentally Ill and that I pay all my bills online that the banking information I put in was correct and never had a problem until Kohl. He stated it the error was coming from me or my bank. I spoke to my bank and they stated they received no payments request from kohl and that nothing was rejected from Kohl . Kohl does not have a complaint department nor does it have an email address where you can write a complaint. I will be writing to the CEO of Kohl in an attempt to get my this negative incorrect report off my credit report. I will never use Koh charge card again.

Holidays are coming...Kohls.com better get their act together or they will lose a LOT of orders! Website very frustrating, asks you to sign-in (when already signed in) to access coupons, etc but won't LET you sign in!?? And you can't input the coupon codes yourself, either. Extremely frustrating.

I recently opened a Kohl's Card account in store. Have been trying for 3 days to create a login/password using FOUR different browsers. that i'm having. sketchy looking site covered with adware looks like it's been hacked. Can't set up autopay. I am thoroughly disgusted that I cannot pay my bill online, which I used to do for years till recently. I don't have a lot of computer knowledge and tried to clear browser cache stuff make sure nothing is blocking the site and yet the black screen. Its more than an inconvenience its unacceptable and another way i think how they can tack on late fees. I never received my paper statement last month only to get one yesterday with a late fee then when trying to pay online the black screen!!! I am on the computer for an hour trying to see what I can do, then on the phone for another 30 minutes paying this over the phone. So if my computer is old or my operating system is not supported (which I still don't know what the problem is ) then I can't pay online. What kind of nonsense is that!! My time is important too! What have they changed with the link to pay online I have no clue?...no one at customer service seems to know either... I won't be shopping there with their charge card anymore. Not worth it.

Can't login to my Kohls credit card site. It keeps saying that they need to "verify its me" and send me a temp passcode to login.. Even though I have selected in the past to remember my device. Same device I use everytime. I select to send me a temp passcode and it NEVER does. I have deleted cookies, cleared cache but nothing comes. Ever since they "updated" the website. Started having problems in Feb and continue to do so. Very inconvenient for customers. Called and they said to try again. Not willing to help resolve the issue.
Today my husband was able to finally receive a passcode sent to phone but nothing is ever sent for mine. When he was able to FINALLY login to make payment it wont submit the payment. Very frustrating. Whatever they did to "update" their website they need to undo it because it is HORRIBLE.
