I spent hours having three photo shoots and making Christmas cards on this site. I spent additional time uploading my entire address book for printed and mailed cards. Its Christmas Eve and MY CARD HASN'T BEEN PRINTED OR MAILED! I haven't been contacted and have spent hours on their website trying to troubleshoot. I have a six month old little girl and its so hard to have pictures taken and cards made. They have refunded my money--but I wanted them to fulfill my order. SHAME ON YOU--SHUTTTERFLY! Really terrible service and even worse--you wasted my precious time (and I have so little of it right now)!

Unable to access photos

Can log into my account but once there can't access my photos either albums or all photos. The wheel in the cloud just keeps spinning. I called the customer support number and kept getting the same recording over and over telling me my wait time is 7 minutes even after I have been waiting for almost 5 minutes. I was trying to make a birthday card. When I clicked on add photos this is when I discovered that I couldn't get into them. Was just on here about a week ago with no problem.

Would get a white screen when first opening site. Refresh did the trick. Happened on my Windows computer's Chrome and Edge; and Android's Chrome and Samsung Internet. Could not get the cart to load on ANY of those. Tried clearing cookies and even site data permissions. No luck. Was finally able to access it on my ipad using Safari. Did not try ipad's Chrome since I had success with Safari.

Unable to load any content. Photos, text, nothing goes in. Message states Page Unresponsive. On August 4th, Diane wrote that she had a similar issue. I've gone through the whole list of recommended fix from clean the cache to shutting down and reboot and verifying my internet connection. I can download at over 100mbs and upload at over 50mbs. Something else is happening and I'm suspecting that it's at Shutterfly's end. Time for a fix please.

I have been working on a photo book for months. 51 pages were complete, and I have save the project every timme. I just opened it to add a few photos, and pages 24-51 are now blank. The photos I used on those pages are not even available. Shutterfly said there was nothing that could be done, and they are unable to retrieve prior saved versions. So disappointed. I have made many books with this device without this happening. Clearly others are having similar issues and have been for months. Contacted customer support about the issue; got rerouted to 3 different people who all just said, "Are you using the website or the app? What web browser are you using?
