Manulife Login Issue

Absolutely terrible website. Can't log in? No response after attempting to log in. Customer support in accessible. Thinking of closing my accounts as soon as possible.

CANNOT LOG IN TO MEMBER PORTAL

Member Portal never works... Same as the lady above. It accepts login and password information and then just sits there with the "loading" message. Manulife makes it impossible to log in to file claims.

Member Portal never works... it accepts login and password information and then just sits there with the "loading" message. I've tried multiple times over multiple days logging in to both my account and my husband's account. Our respective employers have chosen Manulife as our Group Benefits provider and Manulife makes it impossible to log in to get forms and information or file claims.

I can never log in to the website to get forms or submit claims. It accepts my login credentials and then just sits there with a "loading" message forever.

Credit Repair

I strongly recommend JERRYLINK CREDIT GROUP: I think they are the best in terms of credit repair. The markets are going lower,so they probably do this so that customers cannot sell .They ended daily GIC accounts just so no one can escape when markets go down for a week or month.Keep you in stock funds.When the markets are going up,never had a problem logging on.

Without letting clients know in advance, Manulife changed the login process, in a way that is counter intuitive. After hours of waiting for someone to answer their support line, I was able to create a new ID, just to get error messages. After two days, I am still unable to see my account and haven't been able to speak to anyone from this company. Really frustrated
