As of writing this review (1/3/2024), my experience has been awful due to weeks of errors from supposed being down. Experiencing issues like, not being able to login, receive a password reset email. Not being able to login in general, it's very hard to claim and use mperk points, and they expire I was recently aware of, and would be a waste. Wished they did not expire, or wished we would get compensated for what we have lost due to their side, not ours.

Cannot log into app, nor can I reset my password as I do not receive a email. And yes, everything is correct. Tried reinstalling, cleared cache, cookies all that.

And, it's not just me either, my family also cannot access their account, or get a email.

Cannot clip any of the mperk coupons on laptop nor on android phone. Cannot filter categories. When filtering alphabetically it brings up whatever first letter is - e.g., typing A brings up A great deal. O brings up Our best bologna...etc.

Mperks is not working. It logged me into my old mperks account with my old phone number and I have more than enough mperks to get $.10 off gas now my points are gone and it’s back to my old phone number. If it’s not working by next Thursday I’m done with Mperks.

Constantly having website problems you can't log into your Mperks account. You can't clip coupons you can't clip Rewards. You work hard to earn these rewards and you can't even use them because of website problems and logging in. Totally ridiculous. Poor customer service. Terrible just terrible

Meijer website for shopping is down more times than it is up and running properly. This has been going on for MONTHS!! Why can't they fix this problem?! Other people have complained that it's been having problems for MORE THAN A YEAR!!
