website not working

Website working so poorly I cant place order. Every time I try to do anything I get this error: Hmmm… can't reach this page
It looks like the webpage at https://www.menards.com/main/cart.html might be having issues, or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

Menards people has always been very helpful and it is my favorite of Home Depot and Lowes. IN MY OPINION its the best of all three stores and easy to find what we need. We just moved to Tiptonville Tn and was very disappointed to find no Menards stores closer than Paducah Ky. Please give us one closer. Naoma

Their search page is down, here is the message (I tried several words):

They think I am a bot...

Website is EXTREMELY slow. Eventually loads the home page but when I try to log into my account or search for a product, it says that they think I am a bot. I have restarted, cleared my history, checked to make sure that cookies are enabled and JavaScript is running, etc. Tried different browsers, a different computer, and my phone all with same result. Very frustrating

Menards website never works. I open it and it appears to work but within a few seconds it shuts down and I get a screen that says the page is unavailable. Since I can Google “Menards website not working” and get several hits, this must be a major ingoing issue for Menards. I simply can’t understand why Menards stays in the Dark Ages when it comes to technology. They need a new IT department!

Spent a good hour trying to figure out why the Menards web site was unoperational. Once on, it kicked me out once. After many more attempts to access the site, I succeeded and did my business. But...what a pain in the @$$!
