As of 4/10/24 Freezes, non-stop on videos - all websites..
Or even worse intermittent, but unacceptable levels, no call signal, no mobile data access, for messaging or voicemail unavailable, or are not received until following day. Am tired of even dealing with it anymore!

Worst ISP

I’m so tired of this horrible home internet and cell service. Their customer service is awful. There is no reason for this! I have no devices other than my laptop tapped into my home internet connection and either the response is VERY slow or nonexistent. I am leaving this rotten company.

Customer service is non-existent. Can't switch my phone without going to a store, but when I do they claim their system is down. Wtf! I'm paying for a service and I can't even get my phone activated. No phone going on 3 days now.

Store System Down?

Went to Metro PCS store to switch my phone after mine being broken. Was told their whole system was down and didn't know when it would be back up and running. Really frustrating now that I can't switch a phone myself. One lady was there to pay her bill and the guy was so dismissive of her, she walked out almost in tears cuz it was the last day before it gets shut off. Not happy with Metro right now.

I got the new Gateway thru T-Mobile/Metro PCs and it sucks!!
It says I got excellent service but I can't get it to connect to my phone or any home devices!!

Access to the MetroPCS website today, June 7, 2022, has been unavailable throught out the day and now into the night. The typical www.metrobyt-mobile.com consistantly sends you to an error isn't loading properly screen. All the metropcs.com options (www https etc) result in the same error screen
