My mobile app will not let me load digital coupons. I logged on an it took a few seconds before saying" Something went wrong". I tried to load coupons and it says " No coupons" " reload" . I have already done this. It is so frustrating!

Digital Coupons not loading

Load coupons and the next day they show as unclipped. Clip again, and you'll be unable to load. Horrible site. Shop rite continues to go down hill at a rapid pace.

This is the worst app and the worst website EVER!!!
Always glitching. Can’t sign in, when I can sign in I can’t search products, problem reserving time, always some kind of an issue . SHOPRITE FIX YOUR TERRIBLE APP AND WEBSITE!!! It’s getting very frustrating. I have been a customer of srfh ever since you launched. I’m tired of all of the issues. May have to go back to stop and shop, or foodtown.

This is how I save money and time as a caregiver. Bring back the old app. What good are digital coupons if you can’t use them.
Please don’t launch the app if the bugs aren’t worked out.

The new Shoprite app is terrible. I like the old app. It was very easy for me to use. Everything is too small to see and when you try to enlarge it,you lose the list on the right column.it’s a real hassle.
I hate the site so much that I am seriously looking at stop & shop app. If it is easier to use,I will become a customer.

Update from May 16th. Still can’t load app, keeps crashing. Mobile website has been fixed though and has all lists I created on home computer. Hopefully they will issue new update for app with fixes for everyone’s problems soon.

I do not understand why ShopRite changed the app in the first place. Every update still had my list saved. I was able to look at the isles and add to my " list". I feel it should have been left alone. I was also forced to update the app! That is not fair. It should have asked " update?". This is supposed be enhanced? That " virtual question assistance" is a lot like Amazon. It doesn't do anything. Good luck to everyone!
