'Unable to Log in' error

Michaels site and app are both giving an 'Unable to Login; something went wrong' error when logging in both with password and biometric touch and suggest contacting support@michaels.com. I was able to login earlier since I placed an order and am waiting for pickup order fulfillment.

Getting an error message via online checkout. "We had to make some changes. Please go back to your cart for details," then it when it redirects me to my cart, with no changes reflected and still a full cart! So frustruating! I just want to checkout and pay for my items, but I just keep getting kicked back to the cart. I tried with my cc and with paypal. I went to my bank account and there are two pending paypal transactions on my there for michaels! What the... I will be calling in the morning when they open to complain and disupte those. What a waste if time. Fix your dang website, Michaels. I mean, just read the reviews on here.

Can't Check Out

Michaels won't let me check out - giving error code 40971. Cleared cache, tried different browser. Items are listed as half off (not a promo code, just a sale) but the cart seems to be fighting this and listing them at full price which causes the error to generate.

Michaels mobile app malfunction?!?

For the past couple weeks when I try the mobile app the header comes up and the bottom of it with the rewards coupon button etc but , the middle is all white and won't load . Just blank and stays that way. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Same problem occurs. Quite frustrating.

Stuck With A Full Cart

I thought it was just me, but I see now that it is not. I don't know how many times I've tried today to place an order online; every single time I hit "Complete Purchase" I get redirected back to my full cart. I've tried using my phone, my laptop, four different browsers, the app, different credit cards, a gift card, different promo codes, changing items I have in my cart. I want to rip my hair out. It’s October 28th and I’ve been going through the exact same thing and I am frustrated AF!!! Plus, I used the PayPal option 3 different times and it went through on their end, but not on Michaels site. I called the actual store to see if they had any of my orders and they do not, but the charges are still pending on my account so it really pisses me off. The website is slow anyway and that’s annoying in itself because it takes FOREVER to do absolutely anything, so I finally switched to the app and that was a little faster but not by much and then I placed my order and it just kept going back to my full cart. This tired MaMa is beyond pissed off!!!

My cart keeps disappearing. I've tried four times now and I'm giving up. Each time I sign in, my cart disappears. I redo my cart, then it prompts me to sign in, and again, my cart disappears. I tried checking out without signing in, but when I hit "checkout", my cart, you guessed it, disappeared.
