What to do if the site MOZILLA.ORG is unavailable?

If MOZILLA.ORG works, but you cannot access the site or its individual page, try one of the possible solutions:

Browser cache.
To delete the cache and get the current version of the page, refresh the page in the browser using the key combination Ctrl + F5.

Access to the site is blocked.
Clear your browser cookies and change the IP address of the computer.

Antivirus and firewall. Check that anti-virus programs (McAfee, Kaspersky Antivirus or an analogue) or a firewall installed on your computer do not block access to MOZILLA.ORG.

DNS cache.
Clear the DNS cache on your computer and try to access the site again.

Alternative DNS: OpenDNS or Google Public DNS.

Browser Plugins.

Mozilla has been completely locking my entire computer up for over a week, then I have to hard boot just to make it let go.

Nightmare Firefox

Firefox used to be the best. Used it for as long as I can remember. Last 2 years or more it has become a NIGHTMARE.
Crashing continously,Tab setup a mess, problems everywhere.
Mozilla, please stop your experimenting kids from RUINING what was the best browser.

It is always shutting down, even though I clean the cache etc, still have problems almost everyday, sick of it, time to quit using it.

Usually, it's the best browser out there, but I am unable to download Google Drive files at all. As of July 12, 2022. I have tried every solution that I can find. It has no problem downloading.

Firefox - Application Menu (top right corner) - Settings - search for "data collection" - untick all boxes - restart. This will fix it. Then go to Firefox - Application Menu - Help - About - update to ver 96.

In Poland we have the same problem. Chrome is working ok, FF is down from few minutes.

My firefox not working, Refreshed, rebooted, not working get this : 502 Bad Gateway ProtocolException('Server connection to (\'2a04:4e42:1d::367\', 443) failed: Error connecting to "2a04:4e42:1d::367": [Errno 65] No route to host',) - I can use Safari and download from popcorn time so it is not the connection. Also can share by wifi to my phone, so not a problem connection to internet. ONLY FIREFOX is not working
