2nd time in a fortnight that there is a log in glitch. Really annoying as you can't access anything. Outside of that immediate issue the app can be fairly slow and buggy. It isn't fantastic. It's just about ok best that can be said is that it's significantly cheaper than other music services for a family account and when it works it's fine. Spotify also had similar issues to this from time to time but I got sick of podcasts and video and lack of several artists I like. Also tried Apple and Amazon. Amazon was worst, even with free trial it was so annoying I gave up. Apple and Deezer were similar experience to Napster, very slightly slicker but way more costly. Tidal was best of all of them I've had but not enough to justify the extra cost. Glad I still have my own CD and MP3 collection. Last time it was out for about 4 hours. I wonder how long it will be broken this time.

Crapped out in car. All downloads disappeared. When got to wifi would stream music but won't download to rebuild all the downloaded playlists it dumped. Mainly use it offline so it's inability to work in that mode means I'll be cancelling unless they get their act together. Will be looking for an alternative.

I've had enough.

Hardly any songs left on my playlists, some completely blank. Constantly getting sorry something went wrong messages. Called customer service, and they told me, they no idea when it will be fixed. Asked for some type of compensation since I am not getting what I paid for. Was told no. I am looking for a different music service.

Very glitchy. Constantly not letting other users under my account log in, when they are active users. Losing/deleting songs all the time. Since the “new” IOS App design NOT worth it. The old App at least worked even though it was dated. Most music apps now have lyrics to songs, not this one, even with “new” app update. I have been a member for years, since Rhapsody, am ready to be done. SAD! If u contact customer service the only thing they will say is to delete app and reload it. Please, do u think we were all born yesterday? That isn’t going to fix the terrible platform problems.

When using the Web version or the Windows or Android Napster app, after a while, the search feature can't find anything. Then the screen starts to flicker. Then it crashes. I try to login again and get "Too many requests"--no matter which version of the Napster app I use. This new interface sucks. It's tedious to make playlists now. I have been a customer since 2004. I'll just cancel and go to Spotify.

I REALLY want to stay on board the Napster train. I love that they pay most, and I love that they offer such high-fidelity streaming quality, but man they are asking a lot with the bugginess. I deleted my account. After having this service for over 7 years. This is ridiculous. How does it go from playing seamlessly to "cannot register your device" within minutes. Now they're saying I cannot get a refund because I'm paid through 3/2023. What a scam. Web said "log in & retrieve/access your account" until 3/2023. Doesn't recognize my device. I can sign into my account on lone and play my playlists... the app on my iPhone is "dead in the water" it shows playlist name but no songs, won't let me search for a song at all, and if I try to play a suggested song the App crashes and closes. This server status is inaccurate and incomplete. Napster.com is simply the web server. If the website is up it will always say up. The authentication server used for login is a separate server with no status tracking available. This website is useless for anything that isn't base on a webpage.
