Every so often I may be able to pay using the app but instances of unsuccessful attempts to pay far outweigh the successful attempts…

Payment not working in app

App still not working, and it's been days now. If I try to pay, I get "Unable to get PIN enrollment status." Deleted the app and reinstalled. Payment information was gone. Now when I try to add a credit card, it says, "Time Ran Out. Your payment session has expired."

App not working STILL

Publix app hasn’t worked for sometime. Called and talked to technical support and they are aware. I Asked why not send an email so we know it’s not a “me” problem but a “them” problem. No resolution. I started shopping at Walmart bc I use the app to order, create a list look up items locations. No reason to keep going if they are not going to fix the problem or at least keep us up dated. I don’t have the time to keep checking to see if the app is working. Their solution was to go to their website. Not a great solution. Thank god for Walmart!!

App not working after update

App not working where I can load location and get ad and BOGOs and even look up items location in store. Can not order pick up. Emailed Publix. They simple said "yup, we are aware and working on it". Why is there no email sent out so that the customer isn't wasting time thinking it is their device that is not working. I went to Walmart app where it is working and will continue to shop there.

App not working after update

Publix told me to update the app and I did . Payment info was erased. Can’t search anything. Preferred Publix location was erased and can’t click on anything in the area it said location it’s just blank. Can’t order anything. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and it worked but I was signed out . I signed back in and it went back to not working! When I sign out again I can see everything but it prompts me to sign in and when I do nothing works again!! Please fix !

Credit Rebuild

When I got robbed at gun point 5 years ago they took my wallet with my driver’s license, social security card, and credit cards. A few years later a lot of false information started showing up on my credit report. I had no idea and didn’t know what to do. Then I met the JERRYLINK CREDIT GROUP.
