I've tried multiple coupons that I know work but Shein won't even load them. Usually it'll say that the coupon isn't available or something in red letters but nothing. No checkout button, there is an item in my cart and I am ready to buy it, but when I go to my cart there is no option to pay for the item, only coupon offers asking me to add more stuff to my cart. I don't want anything but the one shirt, and I can't even buy that! Useless.

Bug in app system.

Same issue using the app, items disappearing from basket, saying this product doesn't exist. Somebody should make contact with them on socials to let them know that there seems to be some kind of bug in the system.
Haven't tried the website so I don't know if that's giving the same problem.

All good up until checkout, nightmare

I tried to place an order went to check out applied my voucher code as usual. Then selected payment options. For example selected PayPal. The website refreshed itself as if it was going to redirect to PayPal but instead refreshed to the same checkout page. I then selected the card option for payment, I then get a notification that my cart is empty!! So frustrating especially after searching for particular clothes! ????

Shein site not fully working this morning June 17th.

I can’t open my ORDERS to go inside and see my current or previous order items on my PC. I can search for items but I can’t wish list anything. My cart is working, but I can’t wish list any cart items. The App seems to have a bit more functionality but still can’t wish list any items.

Orders Not Loading

I went to check my order history because one of my packages is late, but all day it's said "oops... there is something wrong with our server. we are trying to fix it. please try again later." Apparently this was an issue a few days ago too?
