App and Site not working

Both the site and app are not working. For a moment on the site had a page that said they are working on updating the site but that I could use the app. HOWEVER trying to log into the app isn't working either. I hope it gets fixed soon as there's medical urgency at the moment.

Walgreens app has been down since April 6th and still is. Can’t login, it just sits and spins. I’ve deleted the app from ny phone, then download again, with no help at all. I have the apps most recent update on my iPhone 7Plus.

Walgreens online cart not working

3/28/24: The items in my cart are not showing a price. I cannot delete items from my cart (or if it does allow me to delete them, they pop back up when I try to delete a different item). I have tried on the app, on the website, and on Safari on my iPhone. On the website, I am seeing the message, "Sorry, an unexpected error occurred. Please try again."

Need personal house cleaning

No comment from Walgreens on cybersecurity issues means they don’t really care except about profits for shareholders. Does this mean my dividends will be down because I trusted top administrators to do their jobs. Let’s fire them and no severances of any kind. Too many CEO’s that are just Bozo’s which is why America is failing. We need massive firings by shareholder rebellions to rid of preferred shareholders.

Walgreens blaming insurance companies for their server issues

Irritated that I can't pick up my very much needed medication because Walgreens can't connect to Insurance companies or GoodRx. Said they have been having issues since Wednesday 2/21. This is BS... This should be considered and urgent issue that needs to be addressed ASAP and FAST!

Walgreens pharmacy system connections all down

Walgreens pharmacy says all their systems are down with connectivity to insurance companies and coupon companies including manufacturers coupons. I just had to pay the cash price to get a very expensive medication because they told me when their systems are working again they will refund me the difference. Let’s hope that’s correct.

Uninstall, then Reinstall the Walgreens App

So I finally checked the version of the Walgreens App--it was 28.0 2020 copyright. I deinstalled the app, then installed it new from the Play store. The new version is 72.1.1 and was updated 2/7/2024. That solved my issues of the past ?? months. FINALLY!

The site won't allow shopping for products other than walgreens brands. It briefly shows a quick range of products, then those disappear and only a Nice brand or other walgreens brand will be shown. I think this is happening because your website is only progammed to smart phones, not a pc like I use. I have never had this problem with online shopping until the last week, no matter which of the 2 stores are selected that I always used in the past couple years. Customer service did not have my same experience when they tried, so it must be in this area of zipcode 98362 or 98382.

I entered my credit card to the portal a month ago for express pay and it worked. Yesterday I tried to get a prescription delivered through the portal using express pay and I get a "service not available" message. I tried it again 3 times this morning with same result, except that it went through on the 3rd try and I got a confirmation email that the prescription would be shipped. An hour ago I got a call from the Walgreens store saying that my credit card (which I know is good) got declined and I would have to go back into the portal to reenter the info, as they don't have access, nor could they take my credit card number over the phone (like the rest of the world does) to process my order. The Walgreens system is CRAP!!!! I only use it to get prescriptions for my mother. My insurance uses CVS, for which I'll now be eternally grateful..
p.s. Now I have to call Walgreens corporate to see if the issue can be straightened out.

Worst computer system and customer service on the planet and has been that way for a long time. When the app isn’t working they direct you to their web site which isn’t working either. Computer system is literally down half the time and is bizarre when it is functioning sending frequent nonsense to users. Call customer service and you quickly find that they don’t know what they, are doing, don’t listen leading to constant repetition.

I have been unable to log in to Walgreens for days. I called customer service and at first the woman tried saying it was my browser, but I said no it was not because I tried not only two different browsers, but also their android app. ATT was the provider for the browsers and Verizon for the app, so it was not a browser or IP problem. I have been trying to log onto Walgreens.com for the past week. I can access the site and when I log in to check on the status of my meds I recieve the following banner with a red background "We're unable to display your prescriptions due to a technical issue. Please try again later or call your pharmacy for immediate assistance". When my spouse tries to log in they do not recognized her log in. This problem has been ongoing for a week now. My spouse informed our pharmasist of the problem two days ago and when I had to call today to request a refill the pharmacist stated they were unaware of the problem (go figure). FYI I tried to refill my perscription using their auomated system, which accepted the Rx numbers of the perscriptions then put me on hold as I had to talk to a pharmacist whom, yep you guessed it) requested the same information that I had just provided their automatic system. What a waste of my time, which I consider disrespectful as the company does not appear to trust their automatic system. At this time I'm considering changing the company that provides my perscriptions due to their dernigrating customer support and their attitude that their phamicists does not have the time to call customers with questions as the manager of the phamacist that I use stated earlier this year! FYI I'm still waiting for their IT department to respond tpo questions that were forwarded by this same manager.

Their system has been down. Twice I got texts that my prescriptions were ready, but the url in the texts take you to a page that says there are no active prescriptions. I need to express pay & have my meds delivered. When I called, the girl said there's nothing she can do & I have to come in to pick them up. I can't! That's why I get them delivered!

Hi there we have had beautiful weather in Ca and the local pharmacy and store are closed- 7-8 days now. Truly unacceptable and needs to be reported especially for those who have controlled substance rx and had to call a doctor to fill 1/2 - that’s what other Walgreens allow not to mention medication for neuropathy from spinal cord issues/damage- non controlled. Client services really should have an apology and if you suspect a data breach call your Congress person or the FBI. Personal health information is a commodity in these times.

I am on pain meds for chronic pain. The pharmacy staff acts like they couldn't care less the Doctors' perscriptions aren't coming in. If I don't get my refills my already 12 out of 10 level of pain skyrockets but again, they don't care.
Due to the less than human drug dealers selling narcotics and killing people, ERs won't give you anything while you are detoxing if your doctor forgot to send your prescription in the previous day or in this case if Walgreens is down.
Unless the pharmacist, doctor office staff, insurance agent you are talking to has chronic pain and even worse ate chemically dependent on narcotics, no one is emphatic. You are just another caller to deal with and get off the phone.
Let's see how long Walgreens is down and how many people wind up in the ER blaming Walgrrens whose executives and blods thirsty lawyers want us little people to sue them....

Drove to the Middletown Delaware Walgreens 3 different times today trying to get a prescription filled. Each time the pharmacist gave a different statement to why the prescription wasn't filled! First it was the prescription, second it was the insurance and third it was our systems are down. I can log in via my phone but the mobile app is not as easy to use as the desktop one. I use Firefox for everything and this has not been an issue before. If I use MS Edge, it logs in fine. I won't install Chrome but have to use it at work and it works find there. Why has Firefox suddenly been booted?
