They are taking so long with maintenance. But THEY DIDNT SCAM YOU. you need to understand that. Its most likely down because they store the items on bot accounts, and roblox is terming bot accounts. It'll be available soon

This happened in the past before. A couple of times, honestly. I wouldn't stress it. It's what happens when they do maintenance. One time took a few months which sucked and I thought i was getting scammed but then it worked again. I got used to them doing that. Lol just gotta be patient unfortunately. I guess see what happens. Hopefully it doesn't take months like last time.

They have announced its major scale technical works will take 12 days. so I guess we wait until then..but like they said five then it went back to the old 15 min timer and then since like yesterday afternoon its gone back to 12 days..

I find it perplexing how someone's country of origin relates to starpets; it seems quite dramatic. I can only imagine how they behave in real life. However, if you apply some logic, there are numerous ways to contact the owners and operators. It's certainly not an impossible task. They are not some elusive figures that only a select few can reach. I understand you might be anxious about losing your pets, but take a moment to relax. I've been using this site for several years, and this isn't the first instance of such issues. There was a time when I couldn't withdraw pets for three months. Eventually, everything worked out. They have undergone multiple maintenance sessions over the years; it's a common occurrence. Just be patient. Sometimes it takes days, and other times it may take months, but it will resolve. This is why I don't react as strongly as you do. Spreading misinformation without evidence is unhelpful. Yes, they are developing a new site, and the old one will eventually close. However, they have assured me multiple times that you will not be permanently unable to withdraw your pets if you purchased them on the old site. Feel free to inquire yourself; they are quite straightforward. Don't give yourself a heart attack over a website, man. Hahaha.

RUMOURS

I have bought from them multiple times and it's not a scam they are very busy as they are working with 2 websites they are trying to finalize the old and new one and move everything onto the new one. I have spoken to them at least 12 times since the maintenance started and they told me i will be able to get my pets back. They will get into legal trouble if they don't give the pets as people have used real money so as i have said several times. BE PATIENT

Y'all be getting scammed for months and years on end, you guys know you won't get anything from giving your money to a random website that says they are selling Adopt Me pets, like come on, y'all are smarter than this. When they say "maintenance" it's a lie from them to steal your money and run away. Before you give them your money, the site works fine, afterwards it doesn't. See the suspicion in that?

I have emailed them multiple times and they have been so nice asking follow-up questions and asking if i needed any help. Please be patient tho as they are trying to work hard to fix it. The old website is still open and no need to get mad. It seems that others may either be exaggerating to provoke a reaction or are simply misinformed and spreading rumors. IF YOU WANT TO KNOW EMAIL THEM OR GO TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. You can email them but its Starpets Agent not the owner. STOP SPECULATING AND WAIT

last time this maintenance/error code 13 happened, it was resolved. i, too, have emailed the support and they've informed me that the technical works will be over soon. the amount of people who have spent money during the errors and work thats being done are most likely too many to count, meaning thats a LOT of money for the team members/owner. either this is a cash grab, or they're genuinely trying to fix problems. if this ends up wrongly taking peoples money, that can result in a lot of legal trouble which im sure the owner(s) are aware of. dont stress out about it until you have to. i have also spent quite a bit of money during this time (unaware of the maintenence ofc, or i wouldnt have purchased) so just know we're all in this together i guess ? :')

They clarified that this information is incorrect. Once the maintenance is completed—indicated on the site as just a few more days—you will be able to withdraw your pets. It seems that others may either be exaggerating to provoke a reaction or are simply misinformed and spreading rumors. The website clearly states the situation. Remain calm; you will be able to withdraw soon. Don't pay attention to the overly dramatic comments.

I spoke with one of the operators on the site and they said we can still withdraw these pets that we have purchased off their old site. To just keep trying. That the best time to try is early in the morning or really late at night. So, I don't know. People keep saying one thing but the operators and all are saying another. I guess keep trying.

It says that they are doing maintinence to fix pet withdrawls but it doesn't seem like they're fixing payment... It even has incorrect currency now? I have a problem when i want to withdraw or even sell my pet. It always says that the system cant find the pet in my inventory (error code: 11). But when i tried to withdraw something cheap, it always worked. When i wrote on support, they said that they are working on it and it will be fixed as soon as possible but i have a hard time believing that as these problems have been always found in many people.

It’s been so good for weeks I got my frosts, neon legs, mega legs anythin FB I bought I could get straight away. Now at 11:20am it seems to gone down again. Connection problems :(. I withdrawed my neon peacock today and that was fine! Putting pets onto your account is still a problem the bots keep unfriending. And the exchange isn’t working still but oh well I hope error code 13 is fixed soon

Kinda works

I tried to withdraw again at 11pm last night and it actually worked and gave me a bot to friend. When I joined the game though the bot wouldn’t work and it kept saying it doesn’t accept trade requests. I’m going to try again tonight so I’ll tell you how it goes.

so i talked to some operators, they said the new security measures for roblox and the scam measures on adopt me have caused them to need to globally reset all bots so they work properly, and the problem with being able to withdraw some pets and not others, is because not all bots are up, and there may not be a bot with the pet your trying to withdraw yet.

ok, so a little warning...

I got most of my pets out, not all but it's better BUT today i got a trade BAN from Adopt me too.....

So, be a bit careful as it's probably the way the game will be from now on..

DON'T use ur main account, but an alt account on starpets ; )

The ban (my first..) was only for a day and 1/2 but what is next, i don't know -
and ofc i have some motre stuff i've bought now haha

It's an alt account, but anyways right?
