Error, can't reconnect account, captcha not loading.

Two people bought items and all of a sudden I got an error on my account and when I tried to reconnect it gave me a captcha and the captcha was completely invisible than I tried unfreezing my other account and that got an error too, I lost my sales, and I can't reconnect

They are taking so long with maintenance. But THEY DIDNT SCAM YOU. you need to understand that. Its most likely down because they store the items on bot accounts, and roblox is terming bot accounts. It'll be available soon

This happened in the past before. A couple of times, honestly. I wouldn't stress it. It's what happens when they do maintenance. One time took a few months which sucked and I thought i was getting scammed but then it worked again. I got used to them doing that. Lol just gotta be patient unfortunately. I guess see what happens. I find it perplexing how someone's country of origin relates to starpets; it seems quite dramatic. I can only imagine how they behave in real life. However, if you apply some logic, there are numerous ways to contact the owners and operators. It's certainly not an impossible task. They are not some elusive figures that only a select few can reach. I understand you might be anxious about losing your pets, but take a moment to relax. I've been using this site for several years, and this isn't the first instance of such issues. There was a time when I couldn't withdraw pets for three months. Eventually, everything worked out. They have undergone multiple maintenance sessions over the years; it's a common occurrence. Just be patient. Sometimes it takes days, and other times it may take months, but it will resolve. This is why I don't react as strongly as you do. Spreading misinformation without evidence is unhelpful. Yes, they are developing a new site, and the old one will eventually close. However, they have assured me multiple times that you will not be permanently unable to withdraw your pets if you purchased them on the old site. Feel free to inquire yourself; they are quite straightforward. Don't give yourself a heart attack over a website, man. Hahaha.

I have bought from them multiple times and it's not a scam they are very busy as they are working with 2 websites they are trying to finalize the old and new one and move everything onto the new one. I have spoken to them at least 12 times since the maintenance started and they told me i will be able to get my pets back. They will get into legal trouble if they don't give the pets as people have used real money so as i have said several times. BE PATIENT

last time this maintenance/error code 13 happened, it was resolved. i, too, have emailed the support and they've informed me that the technical works will be over soon. the amount of people who have spent money during the errors and work thats being done are most likely too many to count, meaning thats a LOT of money for the team members/owner. either this is a cash grab, or they're genuinely trying to fix problems. if this ends up wrongly taking peoples money, that can result in a lot of legal trouble which im sure the owner(s) are aware of. dont stress out about it until you have to. i have also spent quite a bit of money during this time (unaware of the maintenence ofc, or i wouldnt have purchased) so just know we're all in this together i guess ? :')

Nobody does anything

Please fix error 13, it's very annoying. It says it takes 15 minutes to work. I've been waiting 8 hours for them to fix the page and I'm not going to be satisfied if they don't do something.

Like what Andrew said, top up balance isn't working. I used card, and GM/Google pay are definitely also down. Surprised it is still down.

Some specific bots keep declining the trade while some others do work properly and I was able to withdraw some of my pets with them but others sadly not...

I have a problem when i want to withdraw or even sell my pet. It always says that the system cant find the pet in my inventory (error code: 11). But when i tried to withdraw something cheap, it always worked. When i wrote on support, they said that they are working on it and it will be fixed as soon as possible but i have a hard time believing that as these problems have been always found in many people.

But.. it was fine hours ago? 13 code

It’s been so good for weeks I got my frosts, neon legs, mega legs anythin FB I bought I could get straight away. Now at 11:20am it seems to gone down again. Connection problems :(. I withdrawed my neon peacock today and that was fine! Putting pets onto your account is still a problem the bots keep unfriending. And the exchange isn’t working still but oh well I hope error code 13 is fixed soon
