Kinda works

I tried to withdraw again at 11pm last night and it actually worked and gave me a bot to friend. When I joined the game though the bot wouldn’t work and it kept saying it doesn’t accept trade requests. I’m going to try again tonight so I’ll tell you how it goes.

Okay so if anyone is confused or need help here you go first see if your state or were you live is on the report list if not then you should be working but this might not do much but error code 13 means you don’t have internet but I never have got that one before only some times when I try to sell my pets but not to withdraw error code 7 it means they are working on the bots so you will just have to try every hour or so yesterday was a grate time for me because I got my fr turtle fr elephant fr kangaroo and fr mega unicorn all in the same day and no joke took 1 sec for them to find the bot and 2min for the bot to be ready but if you have anything you need to ask me I can try to help add me on snap/abbieyeazel20 or discord/mamaepapa

so i talked to some operators, they said the new security measures for roblox and the scam measures on adopt me have caused them to need to globally reset all bots so they work properly, and the problem with being able to withdraw some pets and not others, is because not all bots are up, and there may not be a bot with the pet your trying to withdraw yet.

Are you adding multiple pets in to ur basket to withdraw? The process for low tiers will only work if you add one pet to withdraw it will be hard but I got lots of rares make sure you don’t add anything to the trade as they could stop the trade! Happy Starpets customer

Right let me explain. If you bought low tier pets, you will get them either whenever u got it, or just wait a little while. HOWEVER, It doesn’t work for high tier pets. For example, I bought like an Aussie egg, neon starfish and other random stuff and I got them, but I still can’t get my neon parrot. I bought a giraffe 4 days ago but I can't withdraw it, it gives me error code 7 and 13, sometimes it doesn't give me these errors and it just ends up searching for 1500+ minutes. Starpets works 100%. Bots are slightly slow but not that bad.
Here are some of the Error code meanings:
Error code 7- The pet is probably not avaliable, the bots probably got banned with the pets. Other wise its just because theyre are too many people requesting.
Error code 13- They arent up because of roblox terms of service.

I cant log into my account!

I bought some pets and when i withdraw it says error 7, after 2 month i can withdraw a few but not the high tier pets! Then today i went in to check if it works but then it randomely logged me out and when i use the saved password and user, it just say wrong data and wont let me in! Starpets pls fix this!

Aight, when withdrawing to pets, it doesn’t give error code 13 not 7, it straight up searches for a bot for like under 10 seconds, then it gives u an error code 7

For the past few days I haven’t been able to get out my legendary pet, but for some reason it allows me to withdraw an ultra-rare pet. StarPets, please respond and explain, and please give a date as to when this will be fixed.

I tried so hard to exchange my pets, right now it won’t even log me into my inventory it keeps saying error 13.. are my pets gone? I am not impressed but I love starpets and it been down for way too long. I swear down give people there money back , there pets back or fix the site ????????????. Okay, so just to clarify a bit..

It's not a scam, but they have some problems cause the game is trying to stop it

I got like 30+ pets out the last 2 weeks but it takes time and is not working as it should, but better now rhan previous months

if u get error 7, just try ahain every 3-5 minutes and u will get ur pet out - or try another pet..

If it gives u error 13, they are "unavaiable" for some time, working to fix the scripts etc..

As for high tiers or pets bought recently, it seems to be more challenging but the error 7 means u can get it, just try again after a few minutes

Now this is not as it should be and they are working on it, so i would not add so much more money untill it's better than now - and right now the prices are way of too- almost doubled from what it normally is, so i would wait with the high value or expencive pets etc.. (frost dragon should be like max 30 £)

Main point is that it's not a scam and it will be better soon : )

I bought a neon fly rideable sugar glider and I tried to withdraw it and then I get error code 7 and it says that they are in test mode. They have been in test mode for 5 to 6 days now I’ve been waiting. Does anyone have any tips please?

I think StarPets is a scam, could be wrong.

Literal money laundering business going on. Not even joking at this point. They gotta fix the errors before I start buying, because I think this is a scam. I've seen people say that they've been waiting for months on end for their pets and still haven't received them.

hey yall just an update, star pets ISNT a scam!! i bought pets earlt feburary and was unable to redeem them but yesterday it finallt let me withdraw some of my pets. it only worked when I do it one at a time and it sometimes takes a few attempts to work but starpets works!

Keep trying

I was able to withdraw about 12 pets last night. I had to do 1 at a time, then wait about 5 minutes in between. Took a long time but I’m happy I finally got most of my pets out.
Today it’s back to error 13.
Just be patient, and keep trying a few times a day.
