Hello world, if you keep getting the same bot but it declines the trade, you have to wait up to 1-2 weeks for it to be fixed, this glitch is on most of the new pets, if it doesn’t fix in 1-2 weeks then contact starpets.gg, I hope this fixed your issue ♡

I have a problem when i want to withdraw or even sell my pet. It always says that the system cant find the pet in my inventory (error code: 11). But when i tried to withdraw something cheap, it always worked. When i wrote on support, they said that they are working on it and it will be fixed as soon as possible but i have a hard time believing that as these problems have been always found in many people.

Compré un loro el día 3 de mayo, intenté sacarlo enseguida pero aparecía un error supuse que se arreglaría pronto y hoy 13 de mayo sigo sin poderlo sacar de inventario. :(

It’s been so good for weeks I got my frosts, neon legs, mega legs anythin FB I bought I could get straight away. Now at 11:20am it seems to gone down again. Connection problems :(. I withdrawed my neon peacock today and that was fine! Putting pets onto your account is still a problem the bots keep unfriending. And the exchange isn’t working still but oh well I hope error code 13 is fixed soon

Okay so if anyone is confused or need help here you go first see if your state or were you live is on the report list if not then you should be working but this might not do much but error code 13 means you don’t have internet but I never have got that one before only some times when I try to sell my pets but not to withdraw error code 7 it means they are working on the bots so you will just have to try every hour or so yesterday was a grate time for me because I got my fr turtle fr elephant fr kangaroo and fr mega unicorn all in the same day and no joke took 1 sec for them to find the bot and 2min for the bot to be ready but if you have anything you need to ask me I can try to help add me on snap/abbieyeazel20 or discord/mamaepapa

so i talked to some operators, they said the new security measures for roblox and the scam measures on adopt me have caused them to need to globally reset all bots so they work properly, and the problem with being able to withdraw some pets and not others, is because not all bots are up, and there may not be a bot with the pet your trying to withdraw yet.

What seemed to work for me is I would log out and I left it for about an hour or more and tried again if not working try again tomorrow it should work. Try all your pets some work and some don’t! Are you adding multiple pets in to ur basket to withdraw? The process for low tiers will only work if you add one pet to withdraw it will be hard but I got lots of rares make sure you don’t add anything to the trade as they could stop the trade! Happy Starpets customer

Hi it’s me again! I just want to say a little hack I found if your from the uk and you pay in pounds- go onto Starpets and change your currency to the RUB you get lots for your money. When at the balance top up don’t use USD TO PAY use EUR AND MAKE SURE AT THE BOTTOM YOUR ON THE VISA becuase it adds 5.5% of your money. So for €10.73 you get 1000RUB which is euro to pounds £9.19!!! Most of the low tier pets are 2RUB so good if you want to make a mega!

Guys if you can see this I want to help, yes Starpets is down but it’s getting better! I have withdrawed 7 leopard sharks and a white Amazon so far. Couldn’t withdraw my mega turtle yet but it’s something. If you have low tries try that but don’t add multiple into the cart so one at a time it might be hard but only add one pet and withdraw that one! Once found a bot and your in their house DO NOT ADD FOOD just except and they should do the same! IF THEY DONT then ur time might have ran out or they have unfriended you.

I cant believe I fell for it honestly. I saw a bunch of videos about how it was legit and bought a giraffe and turtle and have been waiting. This is what is happening it’s annoying

Right let me explain. If you bought low tier pets, you will get them either whenever u got it, or just wait a little while. HOWEVER, It doesn’t work for high tier pets. For example, I bought like an Aussie egg, neon starfish and other random stuff and I got them, but I still can’t get my neon parrot. It’s been so long now and it’s rly annoying but hopefully it will work at some point, but let’s hope it works soon!

The next day, I couldn't log into my acc, but I use a saved password, like wth?! Now, after I try withdrawing my pet, after searching for bots for around 2-7 seconds, it says I have to check again at a low-load time.
