Anybody having problems out of this sptg handling tax payers money not putting the right information on people direct deposited checks so they get sent back can't get these people on the phone held on a total of 10 hours in 3 days and nothing like I think my taxes was taken so I need to call the FBI or something I'm homeless with 2 kids and need that refund these people are taking money

am i the only one getting a free premium fed tax for 2023 and a free State return next year from Taxslayer?? just checking if anyone of u is getting this offer. and if it's due to the down issues they have or for over charging us when we didn't file the state's return? I said that bc they make us pay 39.95 for state and choice of EFILE like 29.95 for classic. so total 69.95. but I didn't file state bc of their down issues and filed it at the States Franchise Tax Board (FTB) in CA which is free to EFILE with your state. your state's tax name may be different than FTB. but anyhow... they email me saying free return next yr. and no other tracking or confirmation numbers. please confirm so I can follow up with them Taxslayer for a refund on the States 39.95. which I never file with Taxslayer because it would have been late waiting on them.

It's either down, booting out, or locking me out. I've been on phone for over 3 hours today with them and they say they are having tech issues. Problem is I've been having their "tech issues" since Friday.
