Constant issues

Refreshed report but shows previous report date. Live chat was zero help. Unable to view credit freeze status, as per usual.

TranUnion is garbage

TransUnion is absolute garbage. You try to "buy your credit score", input your info, CC info etc and the website comes back with an error. This happens constantly.

I tried to access my credit report via www.annualcreditreport.com and received an error from from TransUnion asking to try again later. You try again later and your told a credit report was already sent and please try again in 7 days.

Sorry, we're having trouble showing the status of your credit freeze right now

I set up a new account with Transunion in order to freeze my credit due to the OMV hack in our state. Once my account was setup, I tried to freeze my credit and I got this message "Sorry, we're having trouble showing the status of your credit freeze right now". I was never able to freeze my credit, so why am I getting this message? Now that I've read some of these comments, I can see its a Transunion problem. Might I add that my accounts in Experian and Equifax are working just fine and was able to freeze my credit there with no issues. Transunion must be having software issues and that concerns me now that they have my information!!!

On multiple occasions (first 2 weeks of August 2023) I can't log in. Called support and have to give lots of info to the automatic phone tree, then you have to repeat it to an agent with nearly incomprehensible accent.

So much info and power, scary to think it's in such incompetent hands.

Pathetic web site. Spent days working through login issues, then once finally resolved, for several subsequent days, have gotten nothing but "Sorry, we're having trouble showing the status of your credit freeze right now" every time I check, regardless of time of day. Called the suggested phone number and after 45 minutes listening to the same ditty over and over, talked to an agent (Indian accent) who supposedly handled my request, but dropped the call before completing a similar action for my spouse. Now I find this site and discover it's an ongoing issue, so can only conclude it's pretty much hopeless.

been trying to check status of my credit freeze/fraud alert for several weeks , and both indicate the site is experiencing technical difficulties or that the service is technically unavailable. Try to chat with a support person, but no one ever seems to become available... WTH is up with this site?

Canadian site dispute portal is down; called customer services and confirmed website issue exists for this period of time. Not very good; Equifax dispute process was a blast.

Login issues

trying to login and it saying my information is incorrect. It is not. Then tried a reset of password using my SSN and my last name. The system just kicks it back to a blank enter your SSN and name ... that is very unsettling that a credit monitoring company has issues with their website. November 2022
