I have been unable to access my Uphold account for many weeks. The last time this scenario occurred with my Gemini account I lost $42,000. There seems to be no way to communicate with them. I suspect incompetence or fraud or both. I fear my XRP holdings are gone somewhere. Failure to address the concern of the clients is the ultimate sign of collapse. Boo Hiss. Cancelled bank links and now unable to log in !

Ive had massive problems with uphold account they closed all my banks linked to my account to purchase crypto then lied and told me it was my banks all of them , now my wife cant get into her account , stating that her phone number needs updating ? so security code wont work , I cancelled my account with them as theres simply no trust their what so ever !! Absolutely disgusting !

Sent xrp to my uphold account (small amount). XRP arrives in seconds - but it has been more than an hour and they still have not released the coins to my account. I'm told "its congestion" - which I don't buy. The answers I was given are the same answers I got from the Einstein exchange bfore they went under.
