Can not access any of the medication aspects of VA.gov site since Friday July 11, 2025. I know the entire site was down (for scheduled maintenance) from 10pmET July 11, 2025 to 3pmET July 12, 2025 but the site never went back up until late Monday July 13, 2025 and ever since then I have not been able to utilize the “track/order refills” of my medications. It keeps giving me a message stating this info link is not available and they are working on the issue(without ANY timeframe of completion). There was one time where they did give a 2 hour timing window that their “fix” would be completed but that never took place (obviously, lol)

What is there to like! I have not been able to log on to VA.GOV site for several weeks now. I can not pay my deductible bill, order refill of my med or make an appointment on line like I have for several years. When is this site going to be fixed.

I used all the URL'S suggested above and I continue to receive error message that va.gov server can not be found. When is this issue going to be corrected?

Authentication Problems

I am having issues staying logged into the VA website. It logs me in, I see my name, then it logs me out within a second. It has done with with all 4 methods of logging into the site.

I have found the VA.gov website to be intermittently inaccessible over the last 4 days. I am unable to complete my claim under the PACT Act due to the current outage. This seems very shady.

The VA.gov website has been intermittently inaccessible for the last week. Is this to prevent veterans from filing claims under the PACT Act? It certainly seems like convenient timing on the VAs part.

VA.Gov has to be the worst website on the internet due to constant outages and poor design. I’m sick and tired of not being able to gain access. We deserve a more professionally designed website! They are constantly making changes without any notice, explanations or directions.

System Update

According to Ebene's outage calendar, there I s a massive outage for all 3 systems for a massive update. However, this was not supposed to start until 1900hrs today and end 1900hrs tomorrow. If they're going to start it early is fine, but send us a message on MyHealth or Ebene's. If you had any payments to be made over weekend they will not go through. The bug green weenie didn't end at EAS. It haunts us for life like a damn poltergeist.
