It’s generally a waste of money. I’ve never seen such an irritating and unhelpful company. A metal pole and a lemon would provide better internet. Are you cutting your funds in half? Seriously. I’d feather uses AT&T. I actually am. I’m never coming back. Absolutely horrible. Horrendous. It should be a crime. I’d rather sit down and eat a pile of poo than have to deal with version.

The service was on the fritz all afternoon and evening. Then trying to get in touch with customer service was an absolute nightmare. I am a palled. I’ve been a customer for I believe 18 years you can’t even talk to a person.

Worst experience ever trying to use every link they send me via email. Then the phone representative tell me to go to the store. And the ppl in the store don’t know what do to either. Even the manager just stares at me looking confused and let’s not talk about the fraud department even being so rudimentary and borderline kid like representatives. Verizon isn’t a great company to go with. Someone check on the CEO ????????

Haven't been able to use our cells at home with Verizon --says NO service or 1x.... no text, no calls , doesn't ven ring... have called for 2 weeks... Was told it's a tower issue, but no call backs or fix yet. Also, they won't ceredit the bill !

Trying to pay my bill online. Took about 5 mins to get anything to show up on the screen, When fill in account info and click on the Captcha box after 1 minute it times out. Can't believe you are a technology company. Not my first time with this page but, in the past, it eventually comes up and I can pay online.
