Vodacom networks Port Elizabeth area
We are in Blue Horizen Bay area in Gqeberha Port Elizabeth and the signal is very bad, intermittendly coming and gong and only my router is up, no phones are connecting since yesterday 9th March 2023. The issues started about 16:00pm.

NO INTERNET 4Days Casual response
We have no internet for 4 days bad when you you call the response is your matter has been escalated. Cannot help further. What does escalated mean. You in the same position you were in on day 1 when you reported. This is very very annoying djnce you work from home Ike but I don't think Vodacom really care. Please can we get this sorted

No connection on my wifi router. Disconnects the whole time. Why do I have a Smart TV , but cannot finish anything that I started to watch, because there is no signal . No signal on mobile.. when searching for network only 4g ND 2g come up..with no 3g this in turn effects 4g speeds ND signal..wen connected to 4g I have no signal.. terrible download speeds compared to a week ago.. down from 55mbps to between 1 nd 5mbps. Nobody at vodacom willing to assist.
