Very poor service. Rang and chatted with them but they still did not deliver. The tracking not updated. The last post said my parcel was in the local depot promised to deliver today 39th October but no sign of them. No messages nothing. Very very bad.

What is going on with YODEL?? My parcel is 2 weeks overdue. The tracking says my parcel was out for delivery on the 22nd of June followed by a message that the driver is experiencing a short delay. No further updates in the next 2 weeks. The website says use their live chat but provides no link to use it. When I call the help line I get a robot that repeats what i can see on the website and gives no option to talk to a human. The depot is only about 2 hours drive from where I am. The depot appears to be closed. Has YODEL gone bust or something?

Parcels never arrived but Yodel delivered countrywide at 16.56
All my parcels arrived around the UK at the exact same time. Says delivered at 16.56 which is impossible bearing in mind the logistics. They were only posted last night. My customers are all looking for parcels which cannot of possibly have been delivered!

The sender advised delivery and Yodel tracking says delivered to Collect+ but no email with the code was received. Unable to pick up the item. Over 4 hours since the alleged delivery. Use collect plus as the doorstep service is shoddy with items put in bins or delivered to less than honest proximal addresses. Suspect number-crunching spreadsheet happy execs leading the company with disconnected service metrics.

Parcel was due to be delivered Saturday, stayed in all day and night. No show, no show Sun,Mon, still nothing 3 days wasted, as already stated can't call them, no Web chat, no tracking. We all provide them with our phone No's and email but they only have 1 Tel number which is down!!!!.

I worked for Yodel long before they became Yodel! Back then it was a standing joke with staff that they had so many Mucked (being polite) deliveries and new drivers were instructed by "veterans" how to spot parcels worth pinching. I lasted three days before customer abuse drove me away. I know a couple of their drivers locally and nothing much has changed! They should be driven out of business!

Bought something on eBay, Yodel tracking says it's at the depot, and it should have arrived by [last] Saturday. The site says that due to technical issues their telephone operatives aren't available and tracking isn't working, anyway! so it looks like Yodel isn't delivering at all......

Fix your website absolutely poor service and ungrateful service. If your always having these on going issues I would suggest your company should stop taking orders. Instead give it to better companies such as EVRI, DPD ETC. EVERYONE DESERVES THEIR PARCELS FOR THE LACK OF TIME THEY WAITED SO LONG FOR.

My parcel was out for delivery yesterday (due date on app Monday). It never turned up. I checked the tracking this morning and during the day, I noticed the same parcel showed up twice on the Active section, once refreshed the duplicate disappeared. When clicking on to track and see any update information nothing happened. I phoned the automated service and my parcel couldn't be tracked at all. Instead of using the app I clicked on the tracking link from the seller of my parcel to Yodel tracking page and it just came up with Error 405 gateway (something like that anyway). By looks of it, it must be something to do with their server maybe ????‍♀️

I have never come across a worse company than Yodel and I have had a few deliveries, believe me! Had I known that Cotswolds uses this service I would have never agreed to home delivery. My delivery date was due 2 days ago but no goods have been received as of yet. Their tracking system is not updated which renders it complely us
