Frustrated not being able to send pictures

It is not allowing me to send pictures for the last 2 weeks. I click on the picture to send it and then I click send and it vanishes and says failed to send. This started after the most recent app update. It's the only thing I use the app for, so at this point I have wasted money just to not be able to send pictures to my husband!

If you are getting invalid login token when trying to purchase some credits, try to log out and log back in to the app. It worked for me.

Also funny how the system is down nationwide supposedly yet inmates in CA still have access to the landline pay phones abs the video visit kiosks…how’s that possible? If one is out they should all be out.

Service is terrible. Calls drop and have a lot of static and I can barely make out what is being said from the caller on the other end. Currently I am unable to add money for the phone calls. I keep getting an error message.

Posting Funds

I’ve tried since 12:30 est and I’m unable to add funds. This is crazy, I had some money on the phone but not enough, I explained to my fiancee but if he calls back, I won’t be able to accept the calls cause it won’t allow me to submit funds, Ridiculous from what I see this started yesterday,

Can’t Deposit money

Today since about 5pm and it’s is now 2:46am the next day. I’ve been trying to Deposit money on my family and friends account and the inmate account and the app keeps denying my payment for a reason I know nothing about .

Ridiculous

The only calls that will go through are the free calls that they get so my man is using everyone’s free calls to call me . Smh they really need to let people know before they do this. I can’t even put money on his tablet he is going nuts right now .
