HELP! Cannot pay my bill

Keeps me from paying my bill with error message. I am using laptop with Microsoft Edge. This is very frustrating. I have cleared my cache' and still unable. Always getting error message saying unable to access your account at this time, try again later...still every day, same message. Amex needs the update, not me.

Website sucks

It's been weeks having issues with the website. When it displays content, it runs extremely slow. Tagging is really frustrating. It's a huge inconvenience to generate expense reports and generate payments. It's like using a computer from the 80's. What a disappointment.

I wasn't thru so onward.
So I called & someone from tech support changed the phone # for me
Well NOW I can not get in at all I try to sign in and it just comes back & says you have successfully signed out!
So I try forgot username first we'll put my card # in and "we can't find your acct. Try again same crap..
I have called 5+ times they have totally gone downhill. I don't know why I'm surprised what can you expect when everyone you have to deal with English is NOT their first language!!
I've had this acct for over 10 years, have direct deposit going so I don't have to pay 9.95/mo.
Now they charge you .75 if u use wrong pin..
2.50 for cash withdrawals Yeah they say there are fee free ATM's but try to find one..
So by the time I get MY money it's COST ME minimum of 6.50 (if I find a cheap ha ha Bank ATM.
So finally after all these years I have 2 words for Serve #### OFF!!
I AM CHANGING MY DIRECT DEPOSIT to my cash app
So good riddens to bad apps. I'm not that much of a glutton for punishment!!!

I cannot check the status of my gift card and, apparently, when one cannot do that, they cannot use said gift card. This is an issue that's been going on for a lot of people for many months now. Why and how are they allowed to sell unusable gift cards? I'd like the money in cash now directly from AmEx, or they can refund the person who gave me this gift card 100%, and that includes the BS $6 purchase fee. scAmEx.
