Been 5 days we're out of service. We rely on them for our job and everything we does with our gadgets at home! Then they will asked to pay a 125 pesos due by May 20th. Wtf! Are you being serious converge!

Down again

Went down 14.30 contacted Converge both on messenger and email. Got a ticket no by email and no response on messenger. No explanation, no reason to keep us customers updated. When my lock in period are over I am going 6try a new provider. Can hopefully only get better....

No internet connection in Manila

No internet connection sinice 5:00 AM yesterday, at Tejeron, Sta Ana, Manila. Modem Blinking LOS. I already contacted Converge Customer Support to fix the problem. But, until now we still dont have internet connection. Bad service overall. Waste of money.

Frustration and Disappointment

Converge has been really getting on my nerves, for the past week. This kind of service should be discontinued if they don't provide subscribers a consistent and high quality of Internet service. For the past two weeks, I have been only getting below 100 kbps of data per minute, and I cannot access any website or do anything online, especially if it's important. They still haven't fixed this stupid pattern of inconsistency.

Beginning about 11pm on September 8th, my Converge internet has been down for over 24 hours. I am on Mabini street near Quirino in the Le Mirage De Malate building. It is still down at this time (1pm Sept. 10) and if you attempt to call them you get a message that the Internet is having a problem when you hang up on you.
