MARCUS IS LOST

I am a Marcus.com customer and I am having the same problem as the last customer, every time I try to log in to Marcus.com I get redirected to a page that says that they are only accepting accounts in the US......I have had a GM card for 10 years and have never had a problem. I can't even make a payment on my account.

1. I cannot log into my credit card account to see my charges.
2. I set up an account at the beginning of March on the website. I keep getting letters and notices to set up my account.
3. When I received my new card with a new number at the end of February I activated it by phone. It was NOT activated and caused all sorts of PROBLEMS which took DAYS to unravel.
What is WRONG over there? It can't be your first day after a month and a half!!!!!!
This is TERRIBLE service! What the heck???

Horrible site. Very glitchy and says not working, check back later. Passwords work and then the site does NOT recognize my password. I need to set up payments and your site is down; then up, then down in only 30 seconds. This is one of the worst sites that I have used in years. Please FIX IT!!!!
