Marriott Executive Leadership Team - should read this post

Heading to Copenhagen from Boston - and this happens! I spend a lot on this brand, Marriott. And I expect more. Get it together. This cost me over an hour this morning having to reboot and then change password - what a mess. I did not need this stress today (from the back of my uber I type this). And by the way - this is not the first time this has happened. You need to make some management changes and fix this quickly.

cannot log in anymore with google chrome. This happened 1 week ago. I tried logging in with my usual username and password, but it kicks me out saying my password is incorrect. I have success logging with Microsoft Edge. No problem.

Regularly major features of the site are not functioning as expected. The sites main purpose is to make and view reservations. I can't make a reservation right now because the site can't find hotels. That seems to be a problem for a hotel brand.

This website constantly crashes and/or tells me there was an "error" or they "can't display that inforamtion right now. Please try again later" (often in the middle of a transaction). Today it is telling me both that I have 6500 points and 19500 points. It only sends confirmation emails two thirds of the time. While it crashed mid-transaction, it charged my credit card $168.50. "Customer service" could not figure out why that happened and could only open a "case" where I theoreticlly will find out in a week what happened. I can't remember ever dealing with such a poorly executed website paired with such incompetent custermer "service."

Since then, it is totally unreliable and half the time (like today) it won't load. If this is an indication of the direction Marriott is going, I want out." Also, I it have not booked MC for 2 years not because of Covid but because the on-line booking and even searching experience has been the worst. Glitch after glitch. I thought it would have improved so I tried again. Sadly, not. Has anyone at MC considered how many bookings are being lost since implementing "Bonvoy"?
