Abdolute crap! My family and I are now using funky pigeon. Customer advisors are useless!. U try to log in.... u can't. U change your password and try to log in. U cant. You have just re uploaded the app, u contact customer services and they tell u to re-load the app... u just have!!@!. Absolute jokes.

Given up totally on Moonpig..Funky pigeon instead.

48 hours later still can't upload to basket or save work. Using 20 image card so took .e about 2 hours in the first place to create.
Fed up. Gone to Funky Pigeon ..... fantastic, quick easy to use and no errors.
Time to shape up moonpig.

Regular e-card failures.

E-card defaults to standard card when adding to basket - multiple attempts so have just given up as this is a problem every time I try to place an e-card order. As a long time user I am fed up with the random success rate of placing any Moonpig order recently.

Moonpig keeps freezing

I have been trying all day to select a card for my son for his birthday in 2 days time. The site keeps freezing and my card keeps copying the birthday message and when I change it, it won't save and then freezes again. I have never had problems before. I don't have time now to even buy a card as I'm working shifts now.

After spending alit of time coming up with a personalised ecard for my nephew I was unable to purchase it on time for his birthday. I was unable to find out what the error message meant or, as it came to the weekend find help. Not impressed.
