Watched every game this year and now I cant watch any. Is there a way we can get a class atcion suit going? Because I paid for the year and there is no way to get a prorated refund. Im paid up till August of next year. I cant even log in to cancel my subscription.

Can't use NFL+

I cannot get on nfl+. It says I need to sign in and then the windows are glitching/flashing. Both on Chrome and Edge. I couldn't watch my game last week, and looks like I won't be able to this week. This was never the case in the first several weeks, nor at any time before that. The whole site is messed up.

NFL Plus app is the worst. Took 20+ attempts to log in, and even when it’s “working” is crashes 10 times an hour when attempting to watch a game.

Just bought a premium a count to watch the Packers game. Can't watch it after paying for a one year sub.

NFL plus not working

I already have a paid subscription but as of today I am not able to access the NFL plus live games. It wants me to start a free trial. Please fix this so that I can use the service that I have already paid for. Account would be under zcook31@gmail.com which could also possibly be the apple ID

I'm a NFL+ premium subscriber and on October 2022 there was an App update and now I have no premium access. Cannot login to the NFL App and the NFL email support suggested fix options do not work. The last thing they requested is to change password, but the reset password fails so I cannot change password. I have a friend with the same issue. PS We do not have a TV subscription and that appears to be part of the new App login.

I was dealing with the same issues as everyone else. Started last night, continued this morning. Sent in a support ticket and I swear in 10 minutes i once again have access on my phone, my computer and my Roku TV. Either lightning fast support or lucky coincidence.

Bought NFL+ premium in browser, but click on any game it asks you to buy a subscription. But if I sign up again it says already signed up. No support link and chat robot is broke. On a phone it let me subscribe (again) and now games play on phone but not browser. Very tiny screen for $11/mo. Hope I am not double charged. NFL needs to replace their IT staff.

Previously had NFL GamePass to watch replays. Email from nfl.com indicating move to NFL + Premium and my credit card was charged for new service. When I go to nfl.com website, I click on Games to watch replays and it prompts me to purchase or sign-in. When sign-in, it recognized that I have a subscription, but provides no where to go. I go back to where Games are and site does not recognize I am signed into the account. When I go back to Sign into account, website only recognizes I am signed in under Profile. Anywhere else on the site, does not recognize. If I go back to watch game replay, it wants again, as always, wants me to purchase. When I click on purchase, it recognizes I am sign-in and have account and congratulations me on having access to content. However, there is no where on the site to go to watch content. -It is an endless loop. I have tried all browsers. If I go to mobile apps, it is also an endless loop where if I sign-in, it does not recognize that I have subscriptions and keeps wanting me to purchase. I have rebooted computer and cleared all cache, still with same results. Eventually, I am able to see that website recognizes and allows me to manage subscription, even shows date of payment, under Manage Subscriptions under Profile. However, same endless loop when want to watch games as it prompts be to sign-up or log in. When I sign-up or log in, it recognizes I have access, but no where to go to watch the game. Who designed this useless website and app experience? Website support is useless and no way to contact anyone. Is NFL.com that clueless to not even be aware they are pissing off fans? Can anyone watch any games on this site?

Same problem here. I have a fully paid subscription to NFL+ Premium, but when I try to play a completed game it wants me to buy a subscription. Their online help is useless and send a list of troubleshooting tips that don't work and immediately close the ticket. Anyone found a solution yet? It's been nearly a week.

Stuck in the purchase NFL Plus subscription, click purchase and no purchase happens, because it says the subscription already purchased, then it brings me right back to the page to purchase a subscription when I try to watch any contact, rise and repeat neve ending loop. No way to watch live games via this app even after sign up and payment. This is straight garbage. Tried online chat, the bot thanked me for my time and purchase, after saying it couldn't understand anything. I called the only number it directs you to use chat or email. I sent an email and they responded saying I had the wrong NFL department and referred me back to the chat bot that doesn't work. They simply don't care if you get what you pay for, they just want downloads and sign ups. Don't forget to smash that subscribe button, no wait you can't it seems someone already smashed it, so...just smash that subscribe button

I have never been able to log in and watch a live game. I'm trying to watch the Colts game tonight (On TV through the NFL app) and it keeps telling me to activate my account. I am activated and logged in but I keep getting this message. I've logged out then back on with no luck. Your NFL app is easily the worst streaming service available, and I have a number of them. It astonishes me that the NFL with all its money has such a lousy, user UNFRIENDLY app. It also will not keep me logged in like EVERY OTHER streaming app. I have to log in every day. I also have Game Pass with is pretty stupid also. Tell me why I have this app to watch things like America's Game and I can't simply select the one I want without going thru them one by one? I bought a season pass but this will be the last one I assure you.

NFL.com is probably the wost managed and functioning sports website on the internet. All through the pre-season Trey Lance's name did not appear in any of the Niners boxscores, and now that the regular season is under way he is still an invisible man despite throwing for a TD. How is it that nobody notices something like this after 5 weeks..... it's not like he is one of the most highly sought after new players in NFL fantasy drafts all over North America. Don't even get me started on all of the other lowly functions and poorly laid out issues with the website. Absolute trash!

NFL website is not working for me. I've already checked my internet access, DNS settings, firewall settings and other advanced settings on my internet connection. I've heard that if you are using Internet Explorer, Firefox or Safari, you may also need to turn your browser into full screen mode. I did that too. Some ISPs do not provide internet access for their customers. May also not work when I try to download my files to my account. There are a couple of reasons why this could be the case. The first is my internet access is one way. But I can't be too sure. Does anyone have the same issue? Thank you for any help.
