I tried 5 times to check to see if an important envelop was delivered using the tracking number I paid for to be able to do it and all 5 times, the USPS tracking system is not working. Their website is apparently undergoing some kind of maintenance. Yet they don't tell you what won't work or what will work. So after I create a label, I am unable to pay for it, because it won't process the charge. And all it says is "An error occurred, please refresh or try again." That is the most useless error notification ever. And it's been like this for two days. Yes, there's a note at the top of the first screen that says they're doing maintenance on the 26th and the 27th - it would be very helpful if they would have said "you can create a label, but you won't be able to pay for it until the maintenance is completed" or something useful like that... or the error I get says "don't worry, it's not you, it's our site - this part is under maintenance and we'll be done at 2000 EST" or something like that.... but no... this is USPS... we can lose all sorts of business without a care in the world, cuz we know we'll be bailed out by our broke government....

Informed Delivery hasn't worked in nearly 2 months

Informed Delivery email has been an utter joke for Nov.-Dec. 2022. Emails come, but they are all either blank or have ads for the USPS and nothing else. Interestingly enough, in the same time frame, some mail has been misdelivered (to our neighbors) and we've received other people's mail at least once a week. Service is on the decline for sure.

SNAFU at the USPS once again. Systems are down. No tracking, no re-delivery, no click and ship, no customer service. AND THIS IS A GOVERNMENT RUN ESTABLISHMENT. Employees of USPS.. this is not your fault. It's your own management that is so careless. As you watch your union get weaker and weaker, your benefits disappear, and job positions around you get filled by temp workers (not required to be union), your once perfect job is now compromised. The USPS needs to be shut down and a privatized mail delivery system built to replace it. It needs to be ran like a business without the bureaucracy issues that hurt USPS employees and the American citizens who just want their mail.

Have two packages which were expected by today but seems to be getting shipped all over the country except to the destination. One package keeps bouncing between two sorting centers in my state. One to the north and one to the south of the destination. The other package has traveled to the east coast when it only needed to be shipped across the state (less than 300 miles).

When I called the business to inquire why USPS is still waiting for the package, that's when they told me. You offer tracking advance and it doesn’t work, after logging in and I try to track a package all it does is send me the same basic FREE tracking information but in a slightly larger font and it keeps trying to sell the advanced tracking service repeatedly even after I’ve logged in.
