Terrible credit cards if I knew it would be this way I would have paid full amount upfront and been done but I thought the 0% option sounded good so went with it and now can’t make payments online or over the phone and get charged late fees and 5 dollar phone fees. Do not recommend.

I have an issue with Wayfair iPhone app. Says to log in, I attempted 100 times, says oops something went wrong, asks to send a one time code and when I use it it still says oops something went wrong! I even had link sent to change password and it still says oops something went wrong. However, somehow, I was able to log in via website. Extremely frustrating. But on the website and item I wanted to purchase but when looking at specs then returning to item page, it comes back saying item can not be found and lists an item number. Can not get back to the page to make the purchase. Something is definitely wrong.

Ordered through clearpay twice after payment being taken the wayfair stalls not processing order was advised I could order again after first time and clearpay will refund within 2 days but same thing happened took money bug couldn't process order through wayfair help!!!!

I love your items but don't shop there often because your server is way to slow or won't move at all.
Get with a new program that helps your customers not get so frustrated.
I feel like it's dating back to the beginning of time.
I just have to avoid shopping at all....with Wayfair or go to someplace else

I have been having constant issues with the Wayfair website and app. It just quits working or it has some message about site not beingavailable. It has pushed me to order from other sites even though I want to order from them. I have already bought so much stuff for a remodel and am so frustrated that it's not available.

I have placed 2 orders, only to then have a note on my order that they need payment. Nothing they did (either time) allowed anything to help me get the item. They just deleted my order. This over a period of 2 months. I want to buy, but their site won't let me!

Financing doesn't work for me anymore!

I've tried to place an order 4 times and every time it charged my Katapult account but then failed to place the order! I had to call Wayfair 4 times tonight just to get a 3-way call between them and Katapult so that I wouldn't actually be charged for something I'm not going to receive. Pretty much can't order with them anymore because of this issue.

I had used Wayfair once or twice before so had an existing account but when I tried to make a purchase recently, it did not like my password so I tried to reset the password. I have tried this now at least 10 times over three different days. Each time I get to the create a new password page, I do it using the criteria for a password, and hit the continue button and the only thing that happens is Wayfair sends yet another reset your password link so I do it again with a different password, hit continue get the link to set a new password, make a new password and hit continue - I cannot get past this point. To contact someone at Wayfair to figure out the problem you have to sign in with, you guessed it, a valid password. An unending cycle of frustration

Wayfair website is not working for me. I have read over 100 reviews and it looks like this wasn't my problem. The tech community are full of idiots that don't think things through because the technology has not been invented yet. Why would the automaker don't upgrade their online store? Seriously? We know the new 4 has a camera, but why would you upgrade your website to ensure the drivers don't use the info? What a bunch of ignorant babies. They should be ashamed. For now there is no way I can fix the problem myself. Does anyone know what to do? Any tips maybe? Any help from you would be very much appreciated.
