Persistent Requests to change Password

Every time I go to the site it now asks to renew my password! Today wouldn't even let me do that due to their "problem", Really getting hacked off with the lack of explanation or customer consideration. Seriously thinking of closing my account.

I have spent hours on the phone (after problems of not even reaching them and no way to contact them), explaining the same situation to a number of agents, the calls keep dropping all the time and NOTHING has been solved. It is a nightmare. App not working, site not logical to use.

It's a f***ing mess. Whoever designed the new Booking,com needs to lose their job! It does not work. Can't book a room for more than one person, our genius discounts have gone, the work around to get to the old site is to search Trivago and then choose a Booking.com Hotel and that takes you to the old site but then your bookings don't show up in future bookings so you can't alter or cancel them through the site! Help doesn't help at all. Will leave booking.com which is friggin annoying as we have built up some decent discounts over the years but this just no longer works.

Getting absolutely Zero responses anywhere from Booking.com via phone or email.Made a reservation through booking.com, hotel never got the money from booking.com and wouldnt let me check in without a payment. They wouldnt even let me pay directly so I decided to use my card at a different hotel but the charge for booking.com is still on my credit card! This is terrible.
