What to do if the site IRS.COM is unavailable?

Is the site having issues. Put Bank DD in last week. Have been checking daily and the Message showed that I was eligible for payment and said would be DD into the bank account I gave. Logged in this am now goes back to message that They cannot determine eligibility.

Yesterday I got dates for direct deposit. Logged in today and it kicked me back to the disclaimer page.

how can I contact them, my taxes keep saying they cannot provide info at this time, same with stimulus and I mailed my taxes over 7 weeks ago

I put in my direct deposit info over 2 weeks ago. I am qualified for the payment. But it refuses to give me a date,will not update. So far everyone in my family got theirs but me.i never got my tax refund either. I was working with a tax advocate for the IRS 2 days before they shut down. Its been weeks, i keep leaving her voicemail messages,no response.she says on her voicemail if she has an open case with you, she’ll return your call in 3 business days. I called her again on Monday. Now it’s Thursday,still no call back,I don’t know why they can’t hire more people right now!!!????

how about not posting useless posts on Facebook all day and use the billions of dollars we have paid, into the system and get a tech person to fix your broken “get my payment” portal. how is it possible to have so many people with no updates? site shows “payment status not available” since it opened. no one to answer any calls. could have simply let employees work from home answering phones, so we could get some answers. instead we get a operator letting us know we don’t matter. Veterans played sheeps, basically Russian roulette or shall I say suicide with their lives; protecting this world and now they are last on the payment stimulus list. in this pandemic the government has given only 1% with all the lives lost and most haven’t even received it yet.

IRS site keeps telling me my log in info is incorrect and won't let me log in over numerous days, even though it is correct and the same info I have been filing in returns for years. Three attempts locks the account for 24 hours

Hi, please please help! The irs said my stimulus check was supposed to be deposited yesterday. It had my correct account info. Nothing. The site said to call your bank but of course they said they could not help at all. What the heck do I do. Please help.
