The switch

Tv out this time, usually it's the internet once a week, got 8 days once without interruption, big mistake switching to spectrum, service folks are awesome ,but spectrum sucks

Internet down for hours. Frequently occurs and always blamed in planned service that customers weren't warned about. No bill credits for interrupted service unless it's 4 hours straight even if it occurs 30-45mins every other night or so. The time adds up.

for five years their system sux. the GUI is horrid, like they're either stupid or do it intentionally, but the code is written so backward, and kludgey, that one assumes they must have a deal with battery making industry. they constantly go down and post their stupid excuse with their STAM XXXX error number, and leave u to lose your money to them.

The app and wifi works when it wants to. Beautiful sunny day to wifi, clouds in the area no wifi. It has a mind of its own. We pay to much money for it to work half of the time

Roku app not working on Spectrum

The spectrum app on Roku is down according to spectrum customer service. They say they do not control the app so they can’t do anything about it. They cannot say when it will be working. This really is a cracker Jack operation. Good at finger pointing.

Great deal of buffering. Picture freezes while audio goes on. Doesn't correct itself until you change channel, then go back to "frozen" channel. My brother has noticed this on his TV as well. I have Roku, he has regular cable.

Finally spoke to Spectrum Mobile and the service Manager said the network is down and has no back up. I got upset and said they need to fire the CTO and the service Manager hung up...Don't feed me this BS, something else is wrong here. I don't want to go into details......

I waited for a service appointment today between 2 - 3 pm. No one showed up. At 3:45 pm I chatted to see if I should continue to wait. I was told appointments were missed because of a National Emergency. Pitiful Service

This f***ed up company is the worst. I wish Cox Cable would take over in my area. Never had any problems with them for almost 20 years. I move to La Verne had frontier the worst cable company ever for awhile. Then got Time Warner which became spectrum was good for maybe a year but has gone down hill since. Right now I rate them 1 point above frontier and that is saying much for spectrum.

Spectrum website is not working for me at the moment. I'm hoping that when it works back up the company is on a subscription site so I can buy subscriptions. If I can't log in then my free access won't work, and I would have no content anymore. Should I be able to log in again to access other free content before I can pay a subscription? Thanks for any help. I tried for half an hour and still getting the same error, so I think the site is down. I still cannot connect to this site. I am at my university and not in the building. Does anyone know what I can do? Any help would be very much appreciated. Thank you in advance.
